Great place to have dinner & drinks. Staff was super friendly, they really care about the customer experience, there was a little confusion with out order but they corrected it so promptly & ensured we were happy with our service at all times. I tried the salmon grilled fillet & was so good. Cocktails are algo very good & the view to old Montreal plaza is very very nice. Worth it 100%!!

Went for brunch with my toddler. The Atlantic sandwich was superb & the sweet potato pancakes were delicious. Also, the service was excellent. The staff was very kind & understanding towards my very active toddler.
Best steakhouse I've been worldwide. Service is impeccable 👌. Great attention to detail. I highly recommend Maggie Oakes if you're looking for a very good steak 💯
Last night we when on the Maggie Oakes terasse my husband & I. Not only did we love the food we also enjoy the service. It was really busy but you can see that teor staff has good experience. We were serve by Valery, she really knows her menu well & she is really good you can see she likes her job.
i just wanted to take a moment to review this phenomenal restaurant/waitress that made me feel so special on my birthday on labour day. especially, i believe her name is emma? she was wearing a blazer, bold golden earrings, slicked hair bun, & bushy brows. the food & service was top notch if not the best. there's nothing more to say because i was left speechless.
This restaurant is referred to on its entrance as "Perché" in French, meaning "perched." We went to its terrace, which is on the 4th floor, & features a bar, a covered plus an open over the Old Jacques Cartier Square. On this nice sunny day, we had a pleasant lunch with a nice view of Montreal's town hall, Bon-Secours Market, & other high-rises around. Service is very good.
Beef cheeks & waffle was a home run! Very moist & tender beef cheeks, cooked'fried chicken style, with a rich maple/beef gravy & herb oil. The Caesar was killer too, lots of dry spices & flavour! Their patio was overrun by hornets which was a little disappointing, but what can you do when there's flowers everywhere? They quickly moved us inside with no issues. Server was very nice, & personable but may have forgotten to check in on us a couple times. Not a huge issue, but stopped it from being 5/5 stars for service.

Good Lord, wherever you were thinking about going for dinner, cancel it & go to Maggie Oaks. Every single item we tasted was off the charts amazing. I didn't even get a chance to get pictures of the food, because it was amazing & we ate it too quick!
Multiples repas dans cet établissement & jusqu'à présent, jamais déçu. Accueil sympathique & service impeccable. Le menu est concis mais avec des options, selon moi, pour plaire à tous les goûts. Ambiance décontractée, carte des vins avec plusieurs options & plusieurs prix. On prend soin de vous sans être trop présent. Nous avons opté pour une entrée partagée: crevettes avec céleri rémoulade. Très bon. Niveau repas: choux fleur & saumon. Encore une fois, c'est très appréciable. Pour ce qui est des desserts, selon moi, pas au même niveau que les plats. Nous avons pris le Paris Brest. Crème un peu compacte & la pâte à choux un peu "élastique". Nous y allons régulièrement & nous y retournerons. Endroit fort sympathique malgré son emplacement considéré comme "touristique". Offre qui peut plaire autant aux touristes qu'aux locaux.
I ordered the coconut crusted salmon for lunch with vegetables. The plate literally had two pieces of zucchini on it with a generous piece of salmon that was bland. My friend ordered vegetable soup & was disappointed to see it was a bowl of puree. Patio is lovely to sit but our food was not impressive.
