"The restaurant charges each person one dollar if you bring outside food to eat…and I appreciate how the restaurant legally charges customer extra small symbolic fee to notify my inappropriate manner! The food is just bad and portion is small. But I tried to be objective, giving the restaurant two stars rather than judging it like other one star..."
