Elle a su anticiper nos besoins avant même qu'on ait à demander, tout en créant une ambiance chaleureuse & détendue. Son professionnalisme, son attitude positive & son énergie rayonnante ont largement contribué à rendre notre repas inoubliable. I came here for a birthday party, i was served by martin. What great service from him, not one bad thing to say. Fast, efficient, friendly , came to see us multiple times while we ate to make sure everything was okay. Chapeau to him

Mauvais serveur, brusque & avec un attitude désagréable. La nourriture était bonne, une étoile en moins pour les calamars frit pas croustillant & pourquoi mettre une tasse de piment fort sur le dessus? De plus malgré que le restaurant n'était pas plein il y'avait tellement de bruit impossible de discuter.

Complain about anything, our server was super polite & made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back next time I visit Montreal.
Food is great but service is amazing, especially by Nessa. What a thoughtful person!!! Asked if we wanted to rush our kids' meals, laughed & giggled with our kids. Really great!!

Je suis profondément déçu par notre expérience dans ce restaurant. Nous étions un groupe de 55 personnes, avec une réservation le 4 avril 2025 à 14h30. À notre grande surprise, vers 17h00, le personnel a commencé à nous remettre les factures sans que nous le demandions, alors que nous n'avions même pas terminé nos consommations. Ce comportement est totalement inacceptable pour un établissement censé offrir un service de qualité.
Une fois les factures réglées, le responsable a commencé à avertir les membres du groupe, un par un, de baisser la voix sous prétexte que d'autres clients se plaignaient du bruit. Il nous a également dit que nous devions quitter à 17h00, ce qui est totalement faux, car aucune mention de cette contrainte ne nous avait été faite lors de la réservation. Aucun cri, aucun geste déplacé, simplement des gens qui discutaient dans une ambiance festive, comme il se doit pour ce genre d'événement. La gestion de la situation a été tout simplement inappropriée.
Lorsqu'un membre de notre groupe a demandé à s'entretenir avec le responsable pour exprimer notre mécontentement, sa réaction a été d'une totale indifférence. Aucune écoute, aucune empathie, & un manque flagrant de professionnalisme. C'est inacceptable pour un établissement censé savoir gérer des groupes & des événements.
Les restaurateurs se plaignent régulièrement des'no-show', ce qui est compréhensible, mais lorsqu'un groupe dépense une somme importante dans un restaurant, notamment entre 14h30 & 17h00, qui n'est sûrement pas une plage horaire habituellement rentable, on s'attend à un minimum de reconnaissance. Nous organisons ce genre d'événements tous les 3 mois, & jamais nous n'avons été confrontés à une telle situation.
Un restaurant qui ne valorise pas ses clients, & qui ne prend aucun effort pour garantir une expérience positive, ne mérite ni notre temps ni notre argent. C'est une grosse déception, & je ne reviendrai certainement pas. Je déconseille vivement cet endroit à quiconque cherche à passer un bon moment en groupe.
Fantastic food that is well prepared with generous helpings throughout there menu. I highly recommend there burgers which are legendary with optional gluten free buns which other restaurants don't have. The Soho grilled chicken breast meal is mouth watering, with vegetables, goat cheese, sauce & your choice of fries, baked potatoe or rice & vegetables. You feel welcomed by the owner & the servers like Terry, Fanny & the other talented hardworking men & women who serve & prepare your meals everyday. Every restaurant in Quebec should use madisons sainte Dorothee as a blueprint for fine dining, I highly recommend this restaurant. Enjoy.
