I had a strong craving for steak. Chose the Rib Steak. It was tough. Hard to cut. Chose the pepper sauce, it came in a very small cup, not as it is pictured in photos. The mashed potatoes were bland, tasted acceptable with the sauce, but there wasn't enough to make the steak palatable, let alone the mashed potatoes.
Re: Atmosphere, there was a father with his kids. His voice disciplining his kids was higher than the kids.
Took a while for someone to come to sit me, but after that, the service was great. Thank you Joanne.

Great place, amazing food & good customer service, definitely enjoyed my time there & their ribs were very delicious! Highly recommend this spot if you stop by Laval, you will definitely not be disappointed
The burger was really good, while the fried chicken was pretty average. The BBQ pork ribs had a different & interesting flavor that I enjoyed. The staff were kind & respectful, which made the experience even better.
This was our first time visiting this restaurant for a Saturday dinner at 5:30pm.
Reservations are easy to make & recommended as the dining room fills up quickly for dinner. You can make reservations online for parties of 5 or less but you need to call the restaurant directly for parties of 6 or more.
Their online menu is mobile friendly & very easy to navigate & read; same applies to their in house menu. The restaurant is licensed to serve alcohol.
There is plenty of free parking in the adjacent parking lot.
Our server was absolutely perfect; friendly, social, professional & gave great service.
The interior of the restaurant was clean & well maintained. The chair's seating is padded & very comfortable. I was surprised to see a lot of children in the restaurant, which increased the noise level.
They currently have a nice selection of summer cocktails with the strawberry lychee mojito being a big hit.
Caesar Salad - the starter salad is a very decent portion & more then enough for 2 prople to share. The dressing was tasty but we found the croutons bland (not a big fan of croutons to begin with) & the bacon was a strip served on the top of the salad. It is a different way to serve it but we prefer a more traditional approach by having the bacon chopped up & mixed in as it helps increase the flavour of the salad.
Fried squid - perfectly cooked & seasoned! Definitely not over cooked like so many other restaurants do.
Pork ribs - so moist, perfectly cooked & the bbq sauce was delicious. You dont need a knife & can easily pull them apart or use a fork to split. The coleslaw was well seasoned & tasty. You get a huge pile of fries & they are crispy & delicious.
Whole Ribs & Chicken Tender Combo - the ribs are described as above but the chicken tenders are quite good. Nice, thick pieces of chicken. They were tender & lightly coated so they are nice & crispy yet still moist. The only thing to change is they need to be seasoned as they are quite bland. Season the chicken & the coating.
Cheeseburger Madisons - well cooked & seasoned & a nice big portion.
Filet mignon - 7 oz, was perfectly cooked & seasoned.
Chicken & avocado salad - This is a large bowl & will definitely satisfy your taste buds & hunger. The chicken was beautifully cooked & moist. These also lacked seasoning. The mixed seasonal greens, topped with avocados, hearts of palm, artichokes & grilled peppers all worked well together & complemented each other. The dressing was a perfect pair with a nice, zesty tang.
We were too full for dessert however a few of us did enjoy a nice cappucino. They also have decaf cappuccino which is great for those who can't do late day caffeine.
Our overall experience was very good; from the clean parking lot, to the clean interior, excellent service & food. We would definitely recommend this restaurant & will definitely be returning.
Excellent quality food at a reasonable price & quick service. We had the pork back ribs, the chicken tenders, & the salmon, with baked potato: all tasting great, generous portions. Highly recommend!
The atmosphere is very loud depending on the times luckly we went on Sunday.we got the ribs because they have a special on Sunday the ribs were really good best ribs I've had so far in laval.i ordered the martini fashionista not worth it for $15 crazy. The onion soup was okay.

High end atmosphere with delicious baby back ribs. Sauce was a bit sweet, a bit tangy, they fell right off the bone & were cooked to perfection. The burger had good flavor but was cooked well done & we weren't given an option to have it any other way. I enjoyed a lovely molten lava cake that was rich in flavor. Although there were no indications of nuts, we asked just in case. The server let us know he doesn't think so but actually has no idea & the cooks don't know either because it comes directly from corporate. Due to this, I had to enjoy it alone & my fiance could not risk having an allergic reaction.
Interesting Before 5 years ago Would go here with my family to eat Always remembered the ribs or chicken wings here was bigger But now recently All so small & price went up Is this perhaps shrinkflation? Don't know don't really care Food was good & service was great Dont order the Bloody Mary it was the nastiest... Cant even fathom how bad it was
A nice surprise. Haven't been to madisons for over 10 years & I got to say it was quite good. The size of the ribs have gotten a little smaller but the taste was still there! I liked what they did with the menu also, short & sweet! Service was on point & considering inflation the prices weren't that bad.
Casual family dining restaurant. Service was ok, the waitress were not very present. The waitress strongly suggested a steak not on the menu, ended up disappointed & way over cooked. Others around the table liked their ribs.

My wife & I had a table reserved for 6:00 p.m. Immediately after entering, a young girl greeted us with a smile & brought us to our table. An attendant immediately appeared at our table with a menu. We ordered calamari & a bottle of white wine to start as an appetizer. We asked for the next course to be brought to us only after an hour. We had a bottle of wine & calamari on the table within minutes. The waiter was very attentive & regularly refilled our glasses with wine. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere & played pleasant & not loud music. Exactly after an hour, as we requested, the main course was brought to us, ribs with large shrimp for my wife & chicken with large shrimp for me. Both were very tasty & large portions. We were very satisfied with both the service & the excellent food, which is why I give it 5 stars. I have only one comment & that is the plain water we also received. The water was well chilled, but it smelled very much of chlorine. That's why I think such a big restaurant could buy & install a filter to remove the chlorine smell.
