La nourriture était bonne, les portions généreuses, & sur ce point, rien à redire.
Malheureusement, l'expérience a été grandement affectée par le service, ou plutôt par l'attitude du personnel. Nous étions un groupe de 12 personnes. Après nous être assis, nous avons commandé des apéros, qui ont pris environ 20 minutes à arriver. Jusque-là, ce n'était pas dramatique. Par contre, lorsqu'un invité a demandé poliment si les drinks arrivaient bientôt, la serveuse a répondu, sur un ton arrogant : « J'ai juste deux mains. Dès que c'est prêt, je vous les amène. » Une réponse vraiment ordinaire, surtout dans un contexte de service à la clientèle.
Pendant ce temps, son collègue prenait les commandes de nourriture & semblait visiblement agacé. À chaque fois qu'il devait demander quel accompagnement nous voulions avec nos plats - frites, patate au four, purée, riz, etc. - il laissait entendre un soupir de découragement. Ça donnait clairement l'impression qu'on dérangeait.
Aucun sourire, aucune chaleur, aucune attention particulière. Pour terminer, personne n'est venu nous demander si tout était à notre goût pendant le repas, ce qui me semble pourtant être la base d'un bon service aux tables.
Bref, la cuisine était bonne, mais le service a malheureusement laissé une très mauvaise impression. Avec une attitude plus accueillante & professionnelle, l'expérience aurait pu être beaucoup plus agréable.

J'aurai aimé donner une meilleure note mais comme il ne ce conforme pas à la loi sur les pourboires & impose 18% minimum je n'irai plus a ce resto.
