Reviewers describe Madame Poulet as a fast, casual spot where the chicken and burgers are consistently tasty, portions are generous, and the sauces and poutine add variety. The food is often noted as juicy, flavorful, and freshly prepared, with crispy fries and strong service delivered by a friendly staff in a welcoming atmosphere that works well for late night bites or quick meals with friends. The menu earns praise for its variety and unique fried chicken options, with many calling it among the best fried chicken in town. Occasional drawbacks are mentioned, such as undercooked fries, occasional mix-ups on orders, and language barriers in a busy setting, but these are outweighed by overall satisfaction and value. Overall, customers say they would return, recommend Madame Poulet to others, and appreciate the reliable quality, fast service, and casual vibe in a convenient location.
Terrible shrinking of portions. Been ordering your combo for over a year & they've been shrinking massively. Cold tenders & squirrel portions on multiple occasions in a row, you lost a regular!

I'm really disappointed with my recent order from Madame Poulet. The fries were honestly some of the worst I've had in a long time, they were soggy, burnt, & not properly cooked on the inside. The texture was unpleasant, & the overall quality was far below what I expected.
Unfortunately, it completely ruined the meal. I hope the restaurant improves its food preparation & consistency, because this was not an acceptable experience.
