I've been buying bagels here for 15 years. They used to be really good but things have changed in the last few years. I used to think the bagels here were better than St-Viateur or Fairmount but lately the product has not been consistent. My previous batch had some bagels which were completely uncooked. Today's batch the dough is light & fluffy like white bread. I will have to find a new local bagel shop. Any recommendations?Voir plus
I heard about this place & all the great reviews & I had to give it a try for myself. I ordered 1dz seasame bagels & 1 dz mixed flavors such as coconut cranberry, banana chocolate chip, carrot pineapple, spicy all dressed, blueberry, cranberry, cinnamon raisin. Spicy all dressed has good, had a little kick to it, coconut cranberry was delicious (my favorite so far). The carrot with pineapple was also delicious. They were fluffy & soft but the true test is the next day, are they still like soft & fluffy. They are just as good the next couple of days.Voir plus
