we visited Lylac for iftar with friends, the experience was so so. We stood at the entrance for a while with no greeting, I have to go to the bar where the waiters stood like the Backstreet Boys...to finally get their attention Not exactly the warm welcome you'd expect...
we took e iftar set but it wasn't great. The staff seemed stressed & not very accommodating. Maybe some are part-timers brought for Ramadan rush, so we'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
Overall, the place felt tense, & the hospitality just wasn't there. Hope they improve because good service makes all the difference.View more

It was my first time i went there ,they give us a table on terasse but it's cold not enough heater inside ,the people that came after there too much noisy ,especially with there kids running left & right ,the music was loud too,I didn't like the atmosphere .View more

Woowww wow wowww this is really an AMAZING PLACE. I am a little late in leaving my review but I just didint get the chance too do it earlier. We did my daughter's baptism here on October 27th, everything was just so perfect all my guests were very happy & gave us great feedback. The food was DELICIOUS, the atmosphere was great. I want to say a BIG shoutout to ANIIIIII the manager & all the staff. They really made everything so special & made sure that we were happy with everything. They did multiple check ins with us & made sure everything was good. ANI ANI ANI she is fantastic, very customer service oriented & delivers !!!! If you want to do an event here or a small gathering or just even go out to eat, this is really the place !!! You will not be disappointed.
