When I came to this Lulu's branch, it reminded me of why this place became successful in the first place. They really go the extra mile to make their customers happy. This branch is in the mall.
The line was REALLY long, they assigned more staff to take orders so it moved faster. When we were sitting at the mall tables, another staff member was going around asking people if they wanted more cheese in their pasta.
Fresh pasta is cheap to make, but they keep the meal prices affordable. Each dish is unique in its own flavor, & you can just tell that the place & franchise is run by people who care about their work.
Honestly I only wanted to try this place from seeing it on social media & wow was I pleasantly surprised. The service is courteous & quick, the food is AMAZING. I ordered the Creamy Cheeseburger on rigati. The al dente pastas were perfectly cooked & tasted fresh. The rosee sauce was stunning with a delicious garlic taste. The portion is also perfectly balanced for the price. It exceeded my expectations & I will be back.
Let me start by saying that I went back to get names so I could share them here because they deserve the mention.
From the moment we got to the front to order, Vanessa greeted us with a smile & was patient as we asked a few questions to personalize our choice.
Then the food. Wow. Tuscan Chicken for me. Creamy & tasty & good to the last bite. My wife had the truffle & loved it so much, she didn't even want to try mine lol.
& that's when the special touch came. While we were sitting in the middle of this food court, a lady (I believe her name is Dahlia) came & asked if we wanted more cheese. Uh… YES PLEASE!!! She then proceeded to grate fresh cheese into our bowls.
I admit, I was sitting there thinking'$20 is a bit much for a plate of pasta.' But after that? Now it was a $25 meal'experience'. I was being taken care of at my table… in the middle of the mall.
Had to say something but the manager had left so I was pointed to Marc who was extremely humble & graciously accepted the compliment to the entire staff.
Over all a great team effort. We will go back!

My first time trying Lulu's & let me tell you it lives up to the hype! Delicious. Filling. Tasty. Super fresh. Warm hot amazing. What really made a difference for me was the staff. Rayan came to find me in the Carefour Laval food court & asked if I would like some extra Parmesan. Of course I want extra cheese 😃. He also gave me some Lollipops for my son. Great experience.
Same good food at a regular Lulu. Would really made my experience stand out that maybe you want to put this review is that I thought that is very sweet that had a fast food type Lulu's pasta bar somebody came up to me offered me lollipops & put more cheese on my pasta. 10 out of 10 service.
We ordered creme pepperoni (15,95$) & poulet toscan. The taste was ok but nothing fancy. The poulet toscan has marinated tomatoes that were too sour. At the end, I felt like I don't want to eat the tomatoes anymore. The quantity of cheese they give was generous. You always feel full & warm after eating Lulu's pastas.
I tried Lulu's pasta for the first time here & it did not disappoint! I was greeted by super friendly & helpful staff who gave me the best food recommendation & their pasta explanation. The Tuscan chicken is hands-down the best of their classics I've tried so far. I was super impressed by their service too as the staff would go around the food court to offer parmesan cheese & a sweet to their customers!
L'attente est un peu longue,normal vu que le resto est ouvert depuis peu...Mais ça vaut VRAIMENT la peine! Les pâtes sont goûteuses, les sauces délicieuse & les portions généreuses! Je vous conseille de vous arrêter parce que c'est délicieux. Essayez le Bacon Parmesan & Crème cheeseburger, c'est ce que l'on a prit & c'était vraiment bon! Vous pouvez aussi demander sans certains ingrédients & ils le font sans problèmes. Bref! N'hésitez plus!
I recently came to this location & tried the rigati crème taco & the campenelle bacon parmesan which were both delicious & full of flavour. The cashier was extremely fast & efficient & during the dining process, the employees would walk around to offer more cheese (which was unexpected given it was a food court)!
