When I came to this Lulu's branch, it reminded me of why this place became successful in the first place. They really go the extra mile to make their customers happy. This branch is in the mall.

The line was REALLY long, they assigned more staff to take orders so it moved faster. When we were sitting at the mall tables, another staff member was going around asking people if they wanted more cheese in their pasta.

Fresh pasta is cheap to make, but they keep the meal prices affordable. Each dish is unique in its own flavor, & you can just tell that the place & franchise is run by people who care about their work.

Honestly I only wanted to try this place from seeing it on social media & wow was I pleasantly surprised. The service is courteous & quick, the food is AMAZING. I ordered the Creamy Cheeseburger on rigati. The al dente pastas were perfectly cooked & tasted fresh. The rosee sauce was stunning with a delicious garlic taste. The portion is also perfectly balanced for the price. It exceeded my expectations & I will be back.

Pour des bonnes pâtes rapides, c'est le bon spot, surtout en train de magasiner. C'est un peu cher (60$ pour 3 pots), mais la portion peut vous permettre de partager avec votre ami(e)/amoureux(se)/membre de votre famille. Sauces vraiment appétissantes (faut pas regarder les calories). Le marketing est bien réalisé & le staff est prévenant. Ils essaient de vous garantir une belle expérience client.

Had a great experience at Lulu's Pasta Bar. The pasta was delicious & satisfying, & the staff were super friendly & welcoming. Overall a really enjoyable spot.

Vraiment bon! Ca vallait le 20 minutes d'attente. Très long mais ils sont victime de leur succès.

Somebody recommend me to try this place few years back but I don't know why I've decided to try it only this year. It's really taste & even if it cost +20$ a bowl of pasta, you can't compared with a regular store bought pasta. It's worth the price for the ratio in quantity & quality when you think about it 🥰

I've been going there a few times now & I often eat there for lunch at my every visit in this mall center 🩷

I like the concept of when you have leftover, you can simply put the lid on & go home with it so it's pretty convenient ❤?

Delicious & a nice experience.

Let me start by saying that I went back to get names so I could share them here because they deserve the mention.

From the moment we got to the front to order, Vanessa greeted us with a smile & was patient as we asked a few questions to personalize our choice.

Then the food. Wow. Tuscan Chicken for me. Creamy & tasty & good to the last bite. My wife had the truffle & loved it so much, she didn't even want to try mine lol.

& that's when the special touch came. While we were sitting in the middle of this food court, a lady (I believe her name is Dahlia) came & asked if we wanted more cheese. Uh… YES PLEASE!!! She then proceeded to grate fresh cheese into our bowls.

I admit, I was sitting there thinking'$20 is a bit much for a plate of pasta.' But after that? Now it was a $25 meal'experience'. I was being taken care of at my table… in the middle of the mall.

Had to say something but the manager had left so I was pointed to Marc who was extremely humble & graciously accepted the compliment to the entire staff.

Over all a great team effort. We will go back!

Had the bacon Parmesan. It was GREAT. Only downside is eating pasta with a wooden fork, & paper straws.
