This place has food that doesn't even taste the best & they make you think it's excellent. Forgot my order, 45min I spent waiting for the food & they don't do anything to say sorry.

Un énorme merci à Hiba, qui a été très professionnelle, gentille & avenante. Elle était vraiment au petit soins avec les clients, prenait le temps avec chacun & offrait un service exceptionnel.

J'ai des allergies aux noix, ce qui m'inquiète toujours au restaurant. Hiba a pris le temps de m'écouter, de me rassurer & de me guider dans le menu, en me proposant des alternatives sécuritaires. Elle a même vérifié directement avec la cuisine pour s'assurer qu'il n'y ait aucun contact avec les noix.

Gros plus : elle est revenue me voir après le repas pour vérifier que tout s'était bien passé.
Un service humain, attentionné & vraiment rassurant. Merci encore, je recommande sans hésiter !

J'ai trouvé ça très bon & bien chaud. La caissière a pu m'aider à prendre des pâtes plus molles au lieu de celles qui étaient dures. Je suis contente du service offert & de la qualité des pâtes & de la sauce.
