Located in Montreal's west end, Lucille's Oyster Dive has been serving up oysters and seafood classics since 2009.
The goal is to provide patrons with the best selection of both east and west coast oysters. According to seasonal availability, the oyster selection changes daily. While the classics include lobster rolls and fish & chips, the Lucille's kitchen changes it up with seafood dishes that keep our patrons coming back.
Whether you're looking for a quick bite at the bar, or an evening with friends, the staff has a reputation of making it all seem like home.
While the menu changes seasonally, the Lucille's 1855 Butcher's Cut are a year round staple. The in-house, dry aged and charcoal grilled steaks have made this Dive a destination for beef enthusiasts.

The food was excellent. We both enjoyed our meal, oysters & fish tacos to start, octopus salad & grilled calamari for mains. The staff was helpful & friendly.
I've never been to an Oyster Bar, & was very pleasantly surprised. I was there celebrating my birthday & had the salad with shrimp & avocado, delicious! & I did try the oysters, also delicious.
We all (12 people) enjoyed our experience at Lucille's. The food was excellent & we sampled a variety of different suggestions from the menu (oysters, lobster rolls, steaks, etc.). The service was very good considering the number of people there were in our group. This is an excellent restaurant with great ambiance, service & food.
I heard great things about this restaurant, & decided to come give it a visit during my first visit to Montreal.
We got seated right away, because we had reservations, however we did end up waiting for awhile to get our order taken, but staff were very friendly & welcoming.
We both ordered half a dozen of the premium oysters & their dollar oyster special. Oysters were sweet & tasted amazing!
We also ordered the lobster roll, fish & chips, & for dessert the chocolate mousse.
First time eating a lobster roll, & I was very impressed & pleased with how it came. The bread was buttery & soft, a good portion of lobster & the mayo just tied it all together beautifully.
Fish & chips were decent, but personally I found that there was too much batter, that I got tired of eating half way through one piece. Fries were mediocre. I wouldn't recommend it.
For dessert we had the chocolate mousse which tasted amazing & was the perfect dessert to end the meal.
The atmosphere & vibe is dark & busy, but it was an amazing experience & I would definitely come back for their lobster roll!
My bf & I had a fantastic experience at Lucille's Oyster Bar in Montreal. The $1 oysters were delicious, & I couldn't stop ordering more. The cocktail sauce was a perfect match. The steamed mussels in white wine sauce were absolutely delicious & the highlight of the meal. The salmon tartare was also amazing. I highly recommend trying the mussels - the sauce was truly exceptional.

Lucille's Oyster Dive in Montreal is a standout dining experience. The lobster rolls are a must-try, showcasing the true taste of lobster without drowning in mayo. Their oysters are equally impressive. The cauliflower & burrata with truffle sauce offer a delightful twist, & the tuna tartare exceeded expectations. Lucille's Oyster Dive is a spot where every dish speaks to their commitment to quality & flavor.

We had a fantastic time at Lucille's. We had to wait a bit for the terrace, but we had the perfect table. Our server was one of the best I've had in a while - very attentive & gave helpful suggestions. We ordered oysters, 2 starters & 2 mains, & we enjoyed everything. If anything, the salmon tartare was a bit underwhelming, but perhaps only because everything else was so good. We had joked that we would get more oysters for dessert, but we were too full once we got to that point. We will be back!
Service was excellent. We enjoyed being on the terrasse as the weather was nice. Very good mussels, lobster rolls, octopus & sweet potato fries. Oysters were very small, however.

Everyone was so nice & so sweet. The service was very enjoyable. My only comment would be about the prices relative to the food portions. The oysters were too small & took a long time to get to table. It would be nice for the menu to be friendlier for gluten free people - as in indicating & what can & cannot be made gluten free.
not what it used to be...it's good but not what it used to be. Not having $1 oysters should not happen. It is the cornerstone of the publicity. The lobster rolls were lacking lobster. Service was not what it used to be...i guess the regulars all moved to Tremblant or other locations. Very unfortunate, i really liked going there with the family.
Seafood is very fresh but oysters were too cold to taste. Resto was VERY noisy with loads of traffic from back to front. Tables are too close together.
