Located in Montreal's west end, Lucille's Oyster Dive has been serving up oysters and seafood classics since 2009.
The goal is to provide patrons with the best selection of both east and west coast oysters. According to seasonal availability, the oyster selection changes daily. While the classics include lobster rolls and fish & chips, the Lucille's kitchen changes it up with seafood dishes that keep our patrons coming back.
Whether you're looking for a quick bite at the bar, or an evening with friends, the staff has a reputation of making it all seem like home.
While the menu changes seasonally, the Lucille's 1855 Butcher's Cut are a year round staple. The in-house, dry aged and charcoal grilled steaks have made this Dive a destination for beef enthusiasts.

FOOD: First time here & curious about the 1$ oyster special, I had to try it out. While I don't particularly consider myself an oyster expert, these were extremely small for the price & nearly no meat in each oyster. The presentation, & arrangement was great & the timing of the food provided was quite quick , I was a bit underwhelmed with the result. WINE: The wine selection was fairly limited & their entry level wines were a bit overpriced (starting at 70$) for a pretty standard bottle which was a twist cap & not corked. The server was very attentive but made us feel a bit rushed with our drink having them top up our wine glasses before we've even finished or want a refill on our own pace of drinking. While she meant well, my partner & I didn't like our glasses always filled every 5 min when we're trying to talk. Overall, a decent experience but the oysters alone nor the drinks aren't enough of a pull for me to come back with all things considered.
This place is such a good vibe & heavenly gift for the seafood lovers, keeping in mind Montreal is not by the ocean so always accounting for that freshness bit which is why I give it 4 stars. Loved getting affordable oysters (albeit small) they hit the spot & satisfy the craving!!! The Caesar was an absolute DREAM come true. The lobster rolls delivered. I can't wait to go back. We visited with a friend who had a newborn. & the staff were kind & lovely. Highly recommend. Lovely neighborhood

Out of hand. Fantastic time. Oyster were great. Service was top notch. One of the best place we visited while in Montreal. Drinks were good not pricey.
My favourite place in all Montreal for seafood. Octopus is the best. Oysters are always fresh & so good. Seafood linguini, calamari, mussels & lobster rolls are amazing. Nice atmosphere. Book ahead because its always packed.
Great place with fresh oysters! the usually have the $1 oysters but they are on the smaller side. The premium are a lot better but a bit more pricey. Service was good, we always have a good time at Lucille's!
Lucille's Oyster Dive presents a tantalizing paradox. The oysters themselves are undeniably exquisite, boasting freshness & flavor that dance on the palate. However, the service falls short, exuding a detached demeanor that clashes with the restaurant's lively ambiance. Mandatory tipping, while not unheard of, feels discordant with the overall experience. While the culinary star shines brightly, the service leaves a lingering question mark, making a return visit a potential gamble.

Dollar oysters everyday cannot beat that. Service is attentive & excellent. I have tried various food items over my visits & I have never been dispointed. From steaks to lobster rolls, not a bad meal ever at Lucille's. It can get noisy at peak times. Mussels in cream sauce to die for.
There was a misunderstanding in the seating but they made up for it beyond expectations: & food was just amazing: from oyster to tartare to calmari & tacos: everything was just amazing
Oysters were wonderfully fresh, but the Salmon tartare left my tummy turning.
Unable to order the drink I wanted, & when asked for time to decide on dessert, our waitress never returned. Disappointing experience.

We were visiting from NYC our daughter who attends a university in Montreal. Our server Olivia was amazing as usual. We had oysters, lobster rolls, filet mignon, roasted chicken, ribs & kale salad. Everything was delicious! We will come back again soon 😊
I am very glad to know that the Filet Mignon was again perfect, & the $1.00 oysters are great.
Both are which I raved about so much that 2 friends joined this time & we all had the exact same.
the portion of the food is very small comparing to the price! I just recommend the oyster , to be honest other foods doesn't worth it! we get the fried calamari & crab salad , super small portion!!
Great restaurant in a nice suburb of Montreal. $1 oysters are not worth it, but their premium oysters are very good. The lobster roll was amazing, & hubby had the steak. The service was great. Place is not easy to find because they only have a fancy L on the outside.
Despite the good service we received, 2 out of our 3 orders were desapointing.
One of them being the oysters which were almost frozen & the other one was the tuna tartare, which was tasteless.
Thanks!
