La demoiselle a l'accueil ne nous a pas sourit une fois, elle parlait peu & pas fort.
La serveuse était tes bien.
Toutes les sauces étaient épicées. Sur l'image du crabe, j'aurais dû avoir une sauce verte, probablement du chimichurri, mais je ne l'avais pas. Avec le homard, on a demandé du beurre à l'ail, il n'était pas très bon, de mauvaise qualité & pourtant vous m'avez facturé presque que la livre à 4$. La salade verte en accompagnement n'était pas mélangée avec la vinaigrette, les morceaux étaient grossiers. Il était difficile de la brasser & il aurait fallu que je coupe ma salade au couteau.
La place sur la table était très bien, nous étions bien assis & le dessert était excellent.
Mais qualité/prix pour moi ça n'y était pas du tout. Je suis très déçue.

If you are looking for a great place to enjoy a good meal with drinks & awesome atmosphere in Laval, Lucille's is it! It was our first time there. Our night was simply perfect from the start to the end. Our waitress Justine was amazing. She recommended us sea food, steak, wine, cocktails & everything was delicious. We will definitely come back to see her & for the delicious food. I highly recommend for a simple night out or a special celebration you will have a fabulous time! Thank you Justine for making this night memorable.

Really not enough time to complete our super without rushing at the end because we where told that people where waiting for their reservation since we had to wait between plates. Not professional. More time should be put aside for reservations.

Excellente nourriture, excellent service. Par contre, attablés sur la terrasse, c'était très bruyant & le chauffage était inégal (parfois trop frais & parfois trop chaud).

We had a good time, unfortunately although ww had reserved, we waited 30 minutes for our table, approximately an hour to get our plates... might have been a busy evening but we got our plate close to 10h30 (reservation was at 8h30). We were also freezing, had to put our coats on, we were hungry too, that didn't help. Food was very good. I would go back but would definitely ask for another table & hopefully, service will be faster.
