⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding - Our Go-To Spot!
This restaurant is hands down our favorite place to eat - nothing else compares! Every visit is an absolute pleasure. From the moment we walk in, we're always impressed by how the entire team works so well together. There's a real sense of harmony & professionalism; everyone helps one another, & it shows in the fast, flawless service.
The food? Always served incredibly quickly & always delicious. Every dish we've tried has been fresh, flavorful, & perfectly prepared.
A special mention goes to our amazing waiter, Chris. He's consistently kind, attentive, & impeccable in his service. We genuinely look forward to seeing him each time - he makes the experience even more special.
The seating is very comfortable, & the overall atmosphere is warm, welcoming, & perfect for a date night. My husband & I can never choose anywhere else - this is our spot!
Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality food, exceptional service, & a place that feels like home. Thank you to the whole team for always making our evenings so enjoyable!

Lucille's has really gone downhill. The lobster roll was still good, but not as good as it used to be (pic of 3 yrs ago vs now, includes) but the calamari were shockingly bad. The batter wasn't even sticking to the calamari-they seemed like something frozen you'd get from a grocery store. I was honestly surprised at how bad they were, especially since they used to be so much better. On top of that, they've taken one of their best dishes-the fish & chips-off the menu. The ribs were mediocre at best. This place used to feel authentic, but now it's overly commercial, & the portions have definitely shrunk. Such a disappointment. I've dropped my rating from a 5 to a 3. Not sure what happened here.

We ordered appetizers.I confirmed order. But one did not come . Meal -Lobster was small & dry.Sweet potatoe fries were not well done as requested. It was a birthday& the waitress forgot.

C'était une belle expérience! J'ai choisis ce restaurant pour célébrer mon anniversaire! Ce fut une réussite. La portion des plats principaux sont de bonne grosseur, par contre, je trouve que les entrées sont très petite pour le prix. Ils mériteraient d'être un peu plus généreux pour le prix. Un peut exagéré pour la quantité servi vs le prix! Nous allons y retourner c'est certain mais, nous allons éviter les entrées, coûteux pour rien… pour les guédilles de homards, j'ai trouvé que lorsque j'ai reçu mon assiette il manquait de homards dans les guédilles. J'ai choisis ce plats en regardant celui de la table à côté qui était débordant…. Les miens manquaient énormément de homards. Très décevant, même la portion de frite était faible. Ce n'est pas ma première visite chez vous mais nous étions 4 personnes & sur les 4 la moitiés était déçu de la quantité de son assiette. (Entrée ou plats principaux). Espérant que mon commentaire va servir à quelque chose… merci

Vraiment très bon, j'ai bcp aimé les linguinis avec les fruits de mer. Un régal. Resto assez dispendieux comptez en moyenne 75 cad si vous prenez entrée, plat & cocktail. Le personnel est réactif & agréable. Le seul bémol pour moi dans cette place c'est le bruit. J'enlève donc une 🌟 parce c'est très bruyant on s'entend à peine. Pour les événement sportifs ça doit être super l'ambiance à mon avis.

Lucille's Laval is a very nice place to enjoy oysters. Their $1 oysters are quite small, but very tasty - honestly, 12 is not enough! The drinks are amazing - my Dark & Stormy cocktail was perfect, 10/10.
Food ratings:
Oysters: 6/10
Mushroom side dish: 10/10
Chicken plate: 8/10
Salmon tartare: 2/10 - didn't taste fresh, & the flavor was very bland. It came with old plantain chips on the side.
White fish tartare: 2/10 - there was more crunchy topping than actual fish.
Service: 10/10
The waitress was very professional & fast, especially when it came to taking my order & serving drinks.
Only downside: At one point, she drank from a customer's glass at a nearby table. Whether it was her boyfriend or husband, it came across as unprofessional in front of other guests.
Overall: Great drinks & service, some excellent dishes, but the tartares were a disappointment

If you go, don't ask for steak as they don't know how to cook steak. Asked for a medium & medium rare, not even pink strip when u cut. Over cooked. Service & atmosphere good but steak cooking horrible. I can do better at home & save money!

Unfortunately we looked at the menu on the web to pre-select our main interests. When we got to Laval, the full octopus was not available , only 1/2 ones were available. Price was 39 for 1/2 & 68 for full on menu but were told to order 2 full plates at 39.....We wanted to order the grilled tuna nicoise, but not available , was replaced by a bowl with tuna........Sad that website was not updated.......But the food is great, service fantastic so great experience for a first visit, just sorry full octopus was not available, as it was 3 months ago. This is a loud place, so not impress about atmospere.

It was our Wedding Anniversary & we went there for dinner. We ordered a burrata which I didnt like because the cesar salad sauce makes it very heavy. My husband took the premium oysters & the beef tartare. Then I had steak frites which I asked Medium well & it came very red & bloody. I asked to remake it & they did. The waitress was very nice but this restaurant is very noisy. Not a romantic atmosphere at all but very commercial.
I would go back but not for the steak neither the burrata. Just for a fun company with friends.

Food & service is always great!
I'm just disappointed that the tuna tartare recipe changed. It was much better before. The new recipe has a lot of avocado & not enough tuna. I hope they will bring back the old recipe, it was amazing!

Food & service were very good. The place was amazingly noisy though. We had to scream & shout just to be heard by the people sitting across from us. We left immediately after the meal & went elsewhere for coffee & dessert, because the atmosphere was so unpleasant.

Wow, this place was awesome. Tried the seafood ceasar, oysters, lobster roll & the seafood linguini. Lots of seafood places are skimpy with the seafood, but not Lucille's. The linguini had lots of mussels, shrimp, calamari, grilled octopus, & chorizo sausage. It had a bit of a kick to it, but it was excellent. Our server, Elise, was wonderful. I would highly recommend Lucille's for a great night out!

Hier soir, nous avons vécu un souper d'anniversaire incroyable pour mon amoureux chez Lucille's. Quelle soirée parfaite ! Nous étions six, & du début à la fin, tout a été un charme. Un immense merci à Alexandra pour son service exceptionnel - attentionnée, souriante & vraiment sur la coche tout au long de la soirée.
Que vous soyez amateurs de fruits de mer, de tartares ou tout simplement d'une belle ambiance chaleureuse, Lucille's est une adresse à ne pas manquer. Chaque plat était délicieux, l'ambiance était festive, & nous nous sommes sentis traités aux petits oignons.
Un souper mémorable pour une occasion spéciale. Merci encore à toute l'équipe !
