Service was average at best. Waitress didn't know gluten free options & kept going back & forth to the kitchen. Steak came out cold; we tried to return it & they brought it back even colder as though we wouldn't notice a sliced steak wasn't warmed up. Tarter was fine, nothing special. Best dish at the table belonged to my 5 year old who had a $12 cheeseburger off the kid menu. Not going back & wouldn't recommend.

Déception!!! Nous avons l'habitude d'aller chez Lucille's depuis quelques années.
Ce soir nous avons du quitter, parce qu'on a donné notre table pourtant réservé à quelqu'un d'autre. & nous étions déjà sur place assis en attendant à une autre table & ayant déjà entamé notre souper. À 7h30 lorsque le changement de table devait ce faire pour aller à notre table réservée, sur place avec une spécification pour la table choisie , cette dernière avait été donnée à quelqu'un d'autre.
& celle où nous avions commencé le repas a été donnée aussi , résultat, nous avons quitté sans terminer notre repas le verre de vin encore plein. & le gérant sur place ne nous a
Même pas offert une compensation. Il voulait nous assoir a une table coincé entre deux…où mon conjoint ( blessé aux hanches) ne peut pas s'assoir confortablement.
Le gérant nous a fait payer notre facture lui-même en totalité une facture qui était pourtant importante( & de façon un peu expéditive).Ça il a pris le temps de le faire mais assurer notre table ça non.
Pourquoi ils n'ont pas pas déplacé les gens qu'une serveuse avaient placé à notre place réservée ?!!! Alors que nous on nous a
déplacé pour la soi disant même raison.
Il faut croire que l'ère de prendre soin de ses clients fidèles n'existe plus. La rentabilité d'abord, tu es un couple qui veut manger confortable c'est pas assez rentable. À côté de nous pourtant il y avait trois gars qui ne mangeaient pas & qui ne faisaient que payer des verres aux serveuses. Ils auraient très pu déplacer les garçons au bar & nous laisser la place.

The food was delicious & well presented. Our server was amazing, she was so sweet & offered an amazing service. Also, our food was late, so she gave us a complimentary dish (it was the calamari & it tasted so good) Honestly, I really recommend this restaurant for a fancy diner out. 10/10
Repas à été délicieux j'ai pris la pieuvre! Les enfants ont pris les pâtes au beurre pas top & les lanières de poulet elle était bonne! Pour le reste rien à dire :)

Take out … guédille de homard & salade
Très déçue de ma salade !
Salade verte sans légumes …. Rien … & une petite vinaigrette pas assez pour le volume de salade ….
Homard …. Très bon mais morceaux de carapaces dans ma guédille
Pour 43$ je trouve que ça vaut pas le prix
On a reçu un très bel accueil, la serveuse était très attentionnée à nos demandes & a su répondre avec gentillesse à nos attentes.
La nourriture était très bonne & fraîche (j'ai mangé des huîtres & le trio de tartare). Prenez note que la cuisine ferme à 21h30. Le restaurant est propre. Le stationnement est super facile.
Had a craving for a lobster roll & decided to order takeout. The staff was super friendly, but the lobster roll itself was disappointing - it really lacked flavor & needed a bit of a kick. $50 for two buns feels very overrated, & the salad on the side didn't help much either. It's not my first time at Lucile's, but honestly, this visit was underwhelming. It could definitely be better.
Much better than Brossard, been to that location twice & it was okay, not great but ok. Laval on the other hand was really good, different quality of food & service, the atmosphere was pretty much the same... but our waitress was top notch & the food was really so much better.
