The overall experience was good, the pricing on the food & drinks were elevated compared to other restaurants, I was mostly disappointed with the coffee , Jesus 3 oz coffee, & no refills, who does that?
Our table enjoyed the new addition to your menu , the fried chicken . 3 of us had steak that was awesome , we all loved the seasoning on the steak . The sweet potato fries are some of the best we have had . The other 3 had the lobster Roll & enjoyed very much . The waiters were attentive & the bus boy was amazing , brought new napkins & cutlery for each course . Everyone enjoyed the appetizers that had , I really loved the Caesar salad, the pickles were a nice touch & I liked that the salad had the right amount of dressing. The hot crab dip was delicious , the oysters were a hit , calamari was great . Drinks were delivered quickly & the waiter kept the water bottle full . Very great experience .

No fault to our waiter however general level of service wasn't great compared to other visits. Other patrons food & drinks were sent to our table twice in error, kitchen gave us no time between appetizers & main course.
Meal was still great. Would still go back.
December 31 we arrived for our 1800 reservation. The first thing the hostess told us was that we have to leave at 2000. That's fine since we were also advised on the website when making the reservation. We ordered oysters for the table, 2 bottles of wine, we each ordered starters & mains. They gave us the bill, which was wrong, they put my food on the other gentleman's bill rather than my husband's, waiter never asked. At precisely 1925 the hostess told us we had to leave, while we were still drinking our wine. I was stunned!! I mentioned to her that we had our table until 2000 & she completely ignored me. That whole scene was completely unnecessary & extremely rude. I hope this review falls to the right person. Very slow service. Drink order taken after 20 minutes. Another 15 for food order. Mains came before appetizers but our server was gracious & made up for it by offer Complementary drinks & desserts on the house. All in all a good night & decent food. Great ambiance for the West Island!
The food is pretty good & I really love the atmosphere. Drinks were good & decent service too. However the prices are extremely expensive for what you get.
We went for date night, made a reservation in advance, & yet still we were seated in the back of the restaurant near the restrooms. Our table was squeezed between two different parties, with barely enough room between tables to move to & from. Waiter's bottoms bumping into the edge of our table. We were practically seated on top of each other. In fact, in the middle of our meal, the waitstaff had to ask us to move our table in order to accommodate a new table being seated next to us to allow enough room for them to sit down. The tables were so close, half way through our meal, the table next to us started chatting with us.
Additionally, our waiter was very distracted, taking away our menus before we had ordered anything but drinks. If we hadn't already decided what we had wanted in advance, we would have had to request the menus again. We received our appetizers promptly, then proceeded to wait for what felt like ages for our entrees. We had to ask for dessert menus, & the bill, & to flag our waiter in order to pay. It was a disappointing experience given it was supposed to be a lovely meal, & despite having a reservation. I don't know why we were seated at one of the restaurant's worst tables when we had a reservation.
I made a reservation for 2 by mistake instead of 4. They were very accommodating to fit us in. Restaurant is very busy & the staff are excellent to get the meals, drinks, etc... out.

Comme j'aime bien le dire "Très belle découverte"! Nous y étions (groupe de 30) un mercredi & le resto était plein! Le service était fluide & nous nous somme même pas rendu compte que nous étions autant tellement ils sont efficaces. Service attentionné & le service est impeccable, tu demande une fois & ça arrive! Aucun oublis, pas besoin de répéter, aucun "niaisage". Qui fit centre d'achat dit Stationnement à profusion! ils peuvent accommoder les chaises roulantes, Bière sans alcool. Bonne carte des vins/drinks. "Merci Lucille!"
The music is brutally loud. We even asked if they could turn it down a bit & we were ignored. You cannot have a conversation at all. The girl convinced us to sit at the high tables in the bar, we are not 20 year olds headed for to bar, we went for a nice evening. We didn't bother to have a second round of drinks & skipped dessert & coffee. Just an expensive rushed dinner. Very very disappointing
Lucille's Fairview is a decent & good place to eat we came here on A Wednesday night. Pros: 1) The food here is absolutely alright & delicious. 2) Our waiter & Servers were kind & always positive. 3) Food was not too long to wait around 20-30 minutes. 4) The Cesar Salad was amazing & it had pickles in it & the dressing was the right amount. 5) The Lamb chops Hamburgers & The Lobster rolls that my we ate & shared are amazing & cooked well. 6 Atmosphere is very nice & it feels like a home. 7) Washrooms are unisex & clean. 8) They have a bar with drinks & a wine list. Cons: 1) Parking might be a challenge. 2) We had only one waiter & some were serving so if it's busy you may have less service. All in all I would come back here again in the near future because the food. Service & everything else were good & top notch. I would recommend you guys try & rate it yourselves.
Third time here & again a Wonderful experience with delicious food & drinks! Our server Anika was absolutely amazing, so much so that our next reservations will be with her as well. The food was outstanding, & so were the drinks.. definitely recommend!
We had a great experience, the service was great, the server was knowledgeable & even convinced the French members of our party to drink champagne out of wine glasses, she was wonderful & attentive. The food was delicious & we were so happy to have a place to celebrate on a Monday night!
Good overall!Ceasar salad not so good! You should have a paper drink menu I would of order lots of fancy drinks! Saturday night was long for the food the wait! Maybe have some hot bread while u wait! Thks
Quantity & quality of food (lobster rolls) has decreased yet prices substantially increased, drink & food order were delayed due to mix ups, dessert (pecan pie) overpriced & unedible (where was the filling?). Waitress tried to helpful as possible.
