"Unfortunately they were out of the grilled lobster special which was the reason we went there so to mitigate our disappointment the manager very graciously offered us coffee and a dessert of our choice which we thought was a very nice gesture, , we had been offered this once at the Four Seasons hotel under the same circumstances and never forgot it..."
