"We were really disappointed in our experience this time. We reserved to partake in the lobster festival festival. When we arrived on Friday 6 pm per our reservation for 7, we were told there were 14 left. Only to be told 10 minutes later , there were no more. There was so much staff on the floor , but most of them seemed lost and walking around..."
