To be honest, I dine at Lucille's often & this experience wasn't the best. We felt extremely rushed. The waitress did not offer us coffee or even a look at the dessert menu. She brought our bills & said "ok ladies we need this table in 5 minutes, here are your bills" & she stood there with her interac machine & stared at us until we paid & left. I was surprised & disappointed. I would have had a coffee & we had planned on having dessert. We unfortunately left & went to spend our money on a coffee & dessert somewhere else. Generally the service at Lucille's has always been great, too bad this time left a bad taste & I'll reconsider going back.

Our reservation setup was ready as we requested when arrived. We love the ambiance, service & food execution. A special thank you to manager Emilio that did an amazing job ensure we had a great experience at the restaurant. Will definately come back & recommend to people.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, nothing but positive comments. Thanks for making my job easy. If I can make a suggestion - please suggest a signaturemocktail to groups especially during the holiday season as part of the pre selected menu. We would have appreciated that.
