My wife & I enjoy going to Lucille's. We brought guests one evening where a problem occurred which had to do with some unruly guests ruining the evening for everyone. The general manager himself as well as the manager went out of their way to fix the problem, handling it with absolute class. I cannot express to them what a lovely evening we had. Food is always top notch. Service is attentive & they make sure that the customers are happy. We love Lucille's. Thank you Massimo. Thank you Niko & staff.

Had a great time, & enjoyed the food immensely! Both of us had:

- Crispy Calamari
- Rib steak bone - in.

& they were perfect. What a great taste & tenderness to the beef. Cooked exactly as we wanted it to be. Medium rare. & that is exactly what we had. The fries, for our side dish choice were also very good.
Service. She was very accomodating, & did everything she could for my milk allergy. Very friendly & was easy to get when we needed anything. Even when we needed take away for our leftovers. Excellent waitress!

The only complaint I can make? Not enough room for dessert after!

The mall is so huge but it has plenty of parking lots still. Visited at a weekday but the mall is almost full. A good place to have a rest from highway trip.

We eat here often & are always very happy with food & service. We were there a few days ago & the service we got from Steven S., manager, was exceptional & deserves to be mentioned. Definitely made our evening even better! So friendly & helpful. Amazing amazing service!!!

Très déçu ...près de 300$ à deux j'avais mentionné lors de ma réservation que c'était pour l'anniversaire de mon conjoint....& rien ...même pas une bonne fête 🤷🏼?♀? déçue.. vraiment deçue... je n'y retournerai pas c'est certain.
