We visited your restaurant on Monday. The oysters & ribs were amazing. Emma provided exceptional service, very knowledgeable of the menu & very attentive.
It was a great experience, although I found a few elements strange. First, the restaurant does not offer plain mashed potatoes; they only serve a cheese mash. Additionally, they do not offer baked potatoes. This was a first for me at a high-end restaurant where steak is a specialty dish.
?The final oddity that will likely prevent me from returning was the'no cream' policy. They do not have cream available for those of us who enjoy it with our coffee. While it is a great restaurant with excellent food & top-tier service, I simply cannot support an establishment that doesn't offer a potato I can eat or cream for my coffee.

Yesterday I went to the Lucille's in Fairview Pointe-Claire. What a lovely experience. Food was delicious & ambiance was top notch. My friends & I were served by Jackie who kept such good care of us & was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Would definitely go back!

Le service exceptionnel de Nicholas, Maya & toute l'équipe qui travaillait avec eux ce soir là a été tout simplement remarquable. Professionnels, patient, attentionnés & parfaitement coordonnés - ils ont vraiment contribué au succès de la soirée.
Le menu de groupe, autant pour la qualité que pour la variété, était excellent, & le rapport qualité prix était imbattable. Tous les invités m'ont mentionné à quel point ils étaient impressionnés par le restaurant, le service, l'ambiance & la nourriture.
En tant qu'organisatrice, j'ai reçu un service 5 étoiles du début à la fin. Un immense merci à Emilio, avec qui j'ai transigé du début à la fin & qui a tout arrangé pour que nous ayons une soirée parfaite, ça fait toute la différence & démontre un vrai souci du client.

Was treated here for my milestone birthday this past February. Wow...the staff, the food, the ambiance 100%. My friend wanted to adopt Baptist, our server. So friendly & helpful. Our steak frittes/salad done to perfection. Yes, we shared the sides. We were placed in a section, not too noisy where we could hear ourselves talk, & no one rushed us out. I so appreciated a free chocolate mousse bomb with a candle on top (again we shared). It's not my first time at Lucille's & it certainly wont be my last. Unfortunately I forgot to take photos except for the chocolate bomb.
Another great dining experience at Lucille's Fairview! I was greeted & seated by the friendly manager. Our waitress Emma was truly amazing. She gave us impeccable service, attentive, genuine & pleasant. I had the Clam Chowder & Wood Fired chicken, both very delicious. Thank you for the consistent good food & amazing service.

Good food & great service. My partners NY strip was a bit tough she said. I had a very good clam chowder & a salad. Both were very tasty & well prepared. The only thing I suggest they can improve is the quality of the napkins that are the thin cheap type you get in a casserole croute. This is not a fast food restaurant & so better quality napkins should coincide with the prices they charge, which is on the high end
My husband & I had an amazing experience tonight at Lucille's Fairview. We shared the Royal Sea Food Tower & it was very good & fresh tasting. Our waitress Emma gave us an exceptional service, she was very attentive to our needs & was very friendly. Ask to be in her section on your next visit to Lucille's Fairview.

What an incredible Valentine's date night at Lucille's Fairview. The atmosphere was warm, intimate & just perfect for a special evening.
The service was top notch. A big thank you to the manager Steven & our waiter Ali who were both amazing. Professional, attentive & genuinely welcoming. They made the night even better.
& the chefs deserve serious credit because the food was on another level. Every dish was perfectly cooked, beautifully presented & absolutely delicious.
First time here & we've officially adopted this restaurant. We'll definitely be back.
