I recently celebrated my 40th birthday at Lucille's fairview & we were quite a large group. The staff was very patient & accommodating! Alek the manager was very helpful & attentive! The food was delicious & the drinks were on point! We had a great evening !

Had a great experience at Lucille's Farview. The atmosphere was warm & welcoming, & the food was excellent. A special shoutout to our waitress, Carla, who was friendly, attentive, & made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her service really elevated the experience. Highly recommend!
We had an absolutely amazing experience at Lucille's, & a huge part of that was thanks to the manager, Niko. From the moment we arrived until the very end of our evening, he went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
He genuinely made us feel valued & special, not just like another table at the restaurant. Every detail was handled with care, & you could truly feel his passion for customer service & hospitality.
It's rare to come across someone who creates such a warm & memorable atmosphere while still maintaining such professionalism. Thanks to him & the rest of the staff, our night was smooth, enjoyable, & unforgettable.

Lucille's Fairview. usually quite busy, guess that's a good thing but we always find seating whether its just 2 or group of 4. Varied menu, sea-food, the usual meat choices. We have been there several times. always something however. Last night we had lobster rolls (my date...of 40+ yrs) & i ordered an eggplant creation (ordered this previously) & some'premium oysters'. the food was fine, the salad that came with Lobster rolls was quite good. My encrusted eggplant wasn't' as good as last time : taste wise it was same but in FEB the veggies ( zucchini/ radish slices) was an artistic creation of supper thin zucchini, in a swirl pattern. Last night the veggies were just plunked on top.
the service is always attentive. > now the oysters< ...super small , apparently the $1 oysters are same size, but i paid $21 for 6 ($3.5 each).
Not complaining, but these were not premium oysters. our drinks were fine (Caesars ...double & virgin)

Had such a great experience last night with a group of friends. The food was amazing as always, which is why we love coming here for celebrations & special occasions, but what truly made the night stand out was our waitress Emma.
She was genuinely one of the best servers we've had in a long time. We had a lot of different requests & accommodations at the table, & she somehow remembered everything while making sure everyone had exactly what they needed all night. Even when our orders got a bit complicated, everything stayed so organized & smooth & we never had to ask twice for anything.
You can tell she genuinely cares about giving people a great experience, & she truly made our night feel special. Her service honestly made such a difference in our evening & did not go unnoticed!!!

Favorite restaurant by far! From the food to the service!! Maxime made my mother's day lunch extra special making sure everything was perfect down to the smallest details. We will definitely be back!
Had a wonderful experience at Lucille's at CF Fairview Pointe-Claire. The service was absolutely outstanding , the staff were warm, attentive, professional, & made us feel truly welcome from beginning to end.
We ordered the Seafood Tower Royale for my youngest 16 yo birthday's son, & it was spectacular. Everything was beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, & absolutely delicious. The oysters, shrimp, lobster, & crab were all top quality, & the presentation alone made it feel like a special occasion.
A big thank you to the team for such a lovely dining experience. Great food, excellent atmosphere, & exceptional service. Lucille's definitely knows how to make guests feel taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy amazing seafood & top-notch hospitality.
Carla was awesome!!!! Super attentive kind & an amazing server. I'd say don't waste time on the burger. They are frozen or at least they seem so. Was expecting to be wowed by the burger, it was below average. The peppercorn sauce was amazing, fries & salad as well. The meats look phenomenal in this place & to be honest that's what I should have gone with.

I love my chai latte but this one made me laugh. I was not expecting actual Lucky Charms cereal on my coffee but you know what, it was still delicious!
I hate seafood. So, I decided to get ribs. For a luxury restaurant, I was expecting it to be good. It was below average. The steak though, were a monstrosity. It was the most fatty steak I have ever ate. Must have been a fat cow. Not a good thing though. ONLY GO TO THE RESTAURANT FOR SEAFOOD. I REPEAT. Appetizers were quite appetizing. Water had a lot of ice in it.
Anyways, only go for the seafood. Lucille's, please fix your vile, gross, nauseating & revolting steak. This would a 5 star restaurant if you fix it. Again your appetizer is appetizing.
