"I've been going to Louise for a long time now. We absolutely adored their croissant. Hands Down Best in town. But since they changed their recipe, they are not as good unfortunately. Not crispy anymore, less buttery...not sure why they changed such a great recipe. :( My son loves their chouquettes and their no bake cheesecake is to die for."
