I ordered 3 coffees on uber eats app ( 2 lattes & 1 Americano ) i recieved 1 coke zero. When i contacted them The very smart employee said that they dont have coffee anymore so he decided to give me 1 coke zero instead. When i asked for a refund he said he wont be able to do anything. Such a disappointment

Les formes des boules ne ressemblent tellement pas a des boules mais plutot des formes variés.ce n'est meme pas croustillant du tout . Ils sont tous mous ! Ce n'est pas la première fois je commande de cet endroit mais cette fois la m'a vraiment decu. Comment peut -t- il vendre cela au clients? Ce n'est meme pas mangeable. Direct au poubelle. When ordering their Bueno flavour online, they've been getting it wrong & using cappuccino as a placeholder, this has happened multiple times now. I would not recommend ordering this flavour online from this Lokma location if you expect to get what you actually paid for.

Très mauvaise expérience. Cela fait maintenant 4 livreurs qui se déplacent pour récupérer ma commande & elle n'est toujours pas prête. Chaque fois, on me dit que le « mix » n'est pas prêt.

J'ai ensuite essayé d'appeler pour annuler ma commande, mais personne ne répondait. Par contre, lorsque j'ai appelé avec un autre numéro, quelqu'un a répondu immédiatement.

Service très décevant, manque de professionnalisme & perte de temps pour les clients comme pour les livreurs. Je ne recommande pas.

Today i pass as always to get Lokma but it's extremely looks bad also not cooked inside! I also ordered white chocolate but i found it something else! The problem i can't see when they cook it because they blocked the view!
My negative review for who made this mess , from the beginning you saw it bad don't sell it !!!
People doesn't find their money in trees!
