We ate here twice on our two nights in Montreal. It was right down the street from our hotel & the food / service was so great the first time, we came again the next day. Over the course of the 2 breakasts, we had: Crepes w/ Fruit & Cream; Waffle w/ Fruit & Cream; Chorizo/Eggs/peppers/goat cheese in a French Toast Wrap; Chorizo Bowl w/ Goat Cheese. I loved my crepes / waffles & thought that the fruit was so fresh / tasty. I loved the cream on the waffles / crepes too. My husband loved both of his dishes. The French Toast Wrap was quite decadent with the 2 wraps & potatoes so he did not eat it all. He would have had I let him, however! Our service was great & would recommend the restaurant to everyone.
Having brunch at L'Oeufrier brought me to the ER today. We loved this place & used to eat here every month or two. Today we decided to eat again but I got my ankle twisted just in front of the entrance. As it turned out, the asphalt in front of the entrance was in terrible condition, as you can see on the photos. The restaurant decided it was a good idea to just cover all those pieces of asphalt with a piece of rubber. My foot slipped on one of the pieces & I ended in the ambulance. So, here's a request to the owner: according to the staff, you are aware of this problem, so please either repair this area or at least don't cover it so people can see where they are stepping. I was lucky not to have a fracture, but another person might not be so lucky. One more thing: the food got worse. We decided to have breakfast anyway before heading to the hospital (our waiter offered to put it on the house). My pancakes & my partner's waffles were downright tasteless & even sour, not sweet at all. Very disappointing experience. I hope new owner will take all that into consideration & make some changes. The only good thing about this situation was attitude of the personnel. They treated me with a huge empathy & offered help immediately. Thank you.

🍽FOOD - we ordered two types of beni, we weren't asked about the type of egg, so one was runny, & the other one was semi boiled. It came with a fruit bowl & salad/potato which I liked. But the bread wasn't good. 👨🍳SERVICE -very kind & attentive 🏡AMBIANCE - it was ok & washroom was clean. 💰VALUE - $50
There was around 30-minute waiting... We had grilled brie cheese sandwich with mushroom, eggs benedict ,fried potatoes, crepe, cheese omelete... The taste was fine... I would have appreciated better service from them though.. the server wasn't a good listener & didn't bring the eggs as asked.... Prices wise it was much better than having at the other place round the corner.
Beaucoup de choix sur le menu. Les tables ont un espace restreint & c'est un peu bordélique lorsque nous sommes un grand groupe (nous étions 6 avec peu de place pour verres assiettes rôties etc).

I had a great lunch at L'Oeufrier. The menu offers a variety of delicious options, perfect for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. The food was fresh, flavorful, & served promptly. The cozy atmosphere & friendly staff made the experience even better. Definitely a spot worth visiting for a satisfying lunch.
Une très bonne expérience sur les conseils de notre jeune fille. Le côté ludique du lieu & de la carte donne à l'expérience un coté décalé agréable. Un peu d'attente à l'arrivée mais c'était l'heure de pointe. Service sympa & efficace. Assiettes (très) copieuses de quoi tenir la journée. Après concernant le goût, objectivement c'était bon mais pas gastronomique (mais je ne suis pas venu pour ça aussi) & le côté richement calorique peut faire un peu peur. Je préfère ne pas y penser ! Ceci étant vous passerez un très bon moment & le lieu vaut le détour. À faire au moins une fois !

We recently enjoyed a brunch at L'eaufieur & had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, & every dish was prepared to perfection. The ambiance was cozy. The staff was friendly & attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience, & I highly recommend L'eaufieur for anyone looking to enjoy a delightful brunch.
Fun location & busy & bustling. Waited only ten minutes in a busy Saturday morning. Although it is a chain restaurant, the food was unique & the coffee options were great!
