I do like the food & atmosphere but pretty sure I was discriminated against here... one of the waitresses refused to serve me.
I was seated for a while without service when finally a waitress attended to me & apologized for the wait.. during my meal I noticed that every single table around me was being served by a different waitress than mine, while mine was tending to a whole different seating area of the restaurant. After my food arrived I didn't receive any further service & had to ask the person clearing tables for a takeout box & the bill as the waitress that was actually handling my area (literally all the tables in a circle around me with me in the middle) never came to my table & the one that took my order was busy in her own section.
I have had breakfast in many places but this one hands down was the greatest breakfast we had in a very long time specially our Server Petro such a kind & polite person thwt really cared ☺?👍👌
You must try this place if you are into big breakfast !

Dimanche matin dernier, on c'est fait accueillir par des rats à l'entrée du restaurant.
Le service était bien (une chance), mais la nourriture, ce n'était pas bon. Les patates n'étaient pas bonnes, car l'huile devait définitivement être changée & les gaufres étaient trop sucrées.
J'ai pris le même repas que je prends d'habitude dans les autres restaurants de cette chaîne. Malheureusement, ce n'était pas aussi bon
We went for breakfast today. The food was not bad but service was terrible: The waiter was arrogant & not helpful. He was not happy when my son was hesitant about his order & wanted to stop the order instead of taking the ones from the rest of us & come back to him. My eggs came with shives even though it was not put in the menu, when i said i dont like shives he said he can only change it if pay 50% of a new order. In addition he got me the wrong coffee. I will never go back there.
We stayed at Best Western Plus downtown & this brunch place was a 3 mins walk from our hotel. It was busy in the morning & there was a line up. We ordered their breakfast sandwiches & poutine, it was tasty & quite filling!
The options are plentiful & the food simple & delicious.
For the Americans, it's like a Denny's or IHOP in terms of a chain. But their food quality is higher than the American counterparts - cooked fresh & served in large portions.

Menu très varié, beaucoup de jus & smoothies, plusieurs types de café également. Le service était courtois & rapide, la nourriture était très bonne & servie chaude. Très bon endroit pour déjeuner.
This was my 2nd time at this location, I came during peak hours on a Saturday morning & everything was just as great as I remembered. Amazing food & staff!!

I had the best experience & the best service! The food was amazing & the restaurant is super clean 😊! Will be going back for sure! Highly recommend this breakfast spot in Montreal Downtown!
Fantastic breakfast & iced coffees! Only criticism would be that the total cost for two people was $70.00...which is quite a lot for breakfast. Of course, you won't need lunch after that
