First time visiting & unfortunately the experience started off on the wrong foot. It was very quiet when I arrived with my daughter, & I asked for a booth. I was told I couldn't be seated there because it needed to be'fair' between sections. I said okay-but less than two minutes later, another couple came in, asked for a booth, & were seated there right away. That felt frustrating & honestly quite disrespectful.
The person handling seating (host/busboy) came across as rude & unprofessional, which left a poor first impression.
That being said, our waitress was absolutely amazing. She was kind, understanding, & really made the experience better after I shared my concerns. Because of her, the rest of our visit was enjoyable.
Overall, great service from our waitress, but the front-of-house experience definitely needs improvement.
Had such a wonderful breakfast experience! The food was fresh, delicious, & beautifully presented. The menu had a great variety, & everything we tried was full of flavor. The service was warm & attentive, making us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. The cozy atmosphere made it the perfect spot to start the day. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing & tasty breakfast!

I appreciate the thought process on their menu😅 all the staffs were friendly & welcoming! You can tell that their smiles are not fake, not'forced smiles'. Food was good. My hot matcha was ok though. But my crepe with dubai thingy was delish!! I love the design of their place too, lots of lightning, spacious, free parking. Would def come back!
I've visited this place a few times, & unfortunately, each experience has been consistently disappointing. There seem to be ongoing management issues. During our visits, we were never offered water, & some items we ordered didn't arrive.
When we were seated, our table was still dirty from the previous guests, which set a poor first impression. The food itself was also underwhelming & confusing in both portion & presentation.
I ordered the avocado toast with smoked salmon, but what I received was a small piece of toast with a thin smear of avocado, a large pile of arugula, a thick slice of raw onion, & two pieces of smoked salmon. The balance of ingredients felt off, & the large slice of onion was unnecessary & unappetizing-it would make much more sense to incorporate onion into the avocado spread rather than placing a thick slice on top that most people won't eat.
Overall, the experience didn't meet expectations, & I don't see myself returning anytime soon. I hope improvements are made, & I'd consider giving it another chance in the future if reviews become more positive.
This restaurant used to be good but is now obviously experiencing management problems. Nobody at the table got water. Our orders all missed something. My plate was missing the fruit, my husband didn't get the French toast in his egg/toast combo plate, they forgot my son's latte. The GF toast was in the same basket as the regular toast.
Restaurant maintenance very poor - 2 out of 3 of the ladies toilets were out of order & the 3rd was out of toilet paper.
Clearly a management problem. I won't return.

Avant c etait ma place préférée pour dejeuner....Maintenant je n y retournerais plus.
J ai trouve que la qualité des dejeuners n etaient plus la même depuis quelques temps mais la St Valentin a gagner le prix. Nous sommes arrivés de bonne heure sachant que passe 9h30 ce serait occupé. Quel dejeuner decevant, rien n était cuit! Que ce soit les oeufs, les crêpe. le pain.. rien! Pas seulement mon assiette, celle de mon mari aussi. & ça même après avoir retourné la commande 2 fois! . Je n ai pas retourné une 3eme fois car j étais gênée pour le serveur.
Tellement déçue!
No manager in the dinning area. Asked for a coffee refill to 3 staff. They acknowledged my request but the coffee never came.1 cup of coffee in 45 minutes. Complained when paying bill, no manager was sent over.

I don't know what happened to that place.
Almost 60$ for 2 regular dishes & two regular coffee… steak philly looks like shoes soles cut in pieces (factory processed & defrosted?).. food is tasteless. Scramble eggs looks like they are just processed in a factory & defrosted. Dry burnt crunchy potates & I guess inflation affected the price of the hollandaise sauce to because it was nowhere to be found.
Food in the plate is just shrinking a little bit more every year.
& if the owner reads this… no one wants to pay 1.25$ +tx for bad coffee… no one sees the difference when you water down your Lavazza coffee that much. Coffee was always bad, but it used to be included…
At this price point, I'll go to a proper restaurant next time.
Service was what to be expected. We were weekd day morning, place almost empty.
When you are to charge that much, expect your customers to be a little bit critical.
Mon copain & moi avons été assigné une place mais personne n'est venu nous voir pendant 20 min . Une famille arrivée après nous dans la même section a été assise & servie leur boisson moins de 5 min après leur arrivée .
While waiting for our meal to arrive at our table I was watching Brin pick up soiled dishes from other tables. I was impressed with the quality of her work. She was quick & meticulous with a smile on her face. While Brin was setting up a table an unused set of fork, knife & spoon fell on the floor & she disposed of it right away. She took the set apart & put them with the used soiled dishes. I was so impressed because I thought that it would be placed on the table anyways. I called her over to my table to praise her for her quality of work. Brin keep the great work!!! & Thank you.
