We went for lunch on a Thursday & had the absolute best waiter ever Bohao. It was our first time trying hot pot & he did not hesitate to answer our questions, give suggestions & check in frequently. The food quality was excellent & diverse, & the tables were clean & spacious. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to give hot pot a try. We will definitely be coming back!View more

Fresh, quality food & a great experience. Spotlessly clean & very spacious. There are a LOT of choices so your best bet is to take a peek at the menu right when you sit down to figure out your optimal hot-potting strategy. Service is attentive; great & you don't feel rushed. Ice cream dessert is REALLY good (the cone is one of the best I've ever had). Have already been back a second time this week - highly recommend!View more

An AYCE hot pot restaurant with a good selection of broth. The staff took the time to explain the choices & pricing policies. Checked for allergies, not that I needed it. They gave us a disposable apron which was a first for me. Unlike some other hot pot places, they didn't push us food that I would consider fillers.View more

Everytime I am greeted by Bohao, I know I will have a great evening. Bohao is very friendly & attentive to customers' needs. He checks on me every now & then to make sure everything is okay, if I have enough food & if I need anything. He is always so polite with a smile. I cant say i enjoyed my experience at all. The mild spicy soup base was extremely spicy but there was no other flavour in the soup, it was water with chili & oil. We had to salt our own food & even the mushroom broth was bland & very one note. Not a ton of flavourful options for vegetarians either. Potato, spinach, fried dough or tofu... there are much better places to eat for the same price. I would not recommend or come backView more
