Yesterday was our second time & it was better than the first. They've got an ice cream machine now that serves soft serve ice cream. This place is popular so waiting is sometimes inevitable but they have incentives for people who wait. If you wait for this much time you get two free sodas, that much time you get another freebie & if I remember correctly if you wait over an hour you get a certain percentage off of your bill. Good promos overall, I got two for one Tsingtao. The food is fresh & clean, zero complaints. The sauces at the sauce bar were fresh (other hot pot places look like they haven't replaced the sauces in days) & the bar itself was clean. Our waiter, Z, was an absolute pleasure. He's so attentive & accessible. Never left us hanging for help. Solid dude! This is my go to for hot pot from now on.View more

I honestly have nothing bad to say! Our service was great with our waiter Li explaining the menu to us in depth, & the food was fresh & absolutely delicious! Overall an amazing all you can eat hotpot/fondue spot downtown with pretty competitive pricing.View more
