Service exceptionnel en cette soirée d'Halloween ! On est arrivé 30 minutes avant la fermeture & on eu de la misère avec notre coupon sur l'appli. Le jeune homme qui s'occupait du service au volant mous a demande d'avancer pour faire la commande avec nous. Il a été patient & a pris le remps de tout preparer pour toute notre famille de 6 personnes. & en plus on a eu des chocolats pour l'Halloween. Qui aurait pu croire qu'on vivrait une experience WOW au Harveys ! 100% a toute l'équipe !

I always, go to Harvey's on Robert Bourrassa, the people that work there are great, they treat us like family. I even brought my daughter & her boyfriend, on Sunday, & it was great. It's a great place to eat. You will not regret it.

Attention au Harveys Vimont boul des Laurentides coin Dagenais on demande 2.50$ pour un verre d'eau + taxes. !!!!! Les citoyens de Laval qui paient deja pour la taxe d'eau preferent aller ailleurs !!!

Service improved since last time, friendly & efficient service the place is clean & nice, I just had an issue with the burger I ordered, the bread bun was really dry, almost to the point of beeing crunchy, that is unusual making me believe that it might have stayed in the heater for a while, also onion rings where more oily then the ones I usually get in other Harvey's restaurants but they tasted good, overall it is till a better experience then last time I was here.

Had a great conversation with one of the workers who was training a new girl (1st day) The new girl was pretty good tbh Outgoing ppl, & this is VERY important. Food is always good at Harvey's Tastes like home burgers The onion rings are the best Did you know they make an Onion ring poutine Very tasty Eat it there right away tho Or it gets soggy

J' ai renversé mon milkshake en m'assoyant à une table. Un dégât très embarrassant pour moi mais très amusant pour les autres clients. L'employée est venue nettoyer la chaise, la table & le plancher puis a remplacé mon shake. Tout ça, sans jamais perdre son super sourire. Le service après-vente est en voie de disparition au Québec mais il va très bien au Harvey's Vimont

A par qu'il manquais le menu enfant, on a très bien été servis. Il m'ont bien aidé ( à me disent bien les choix pour enfant ) nourriture chaude & parfait ( style Harvey's biensur ) Le staff étais très gentil, souriant & poli Je recommande fortement
