Harveys est toujours une bonne option pour un bon burger. C'est le fun de pouvoir décider ce qu'on veut mettre dans notre burger avec des ingrédients frais. J'aime également beaucoup leurs rondelles, mais je trouve qu'elle manque parfois en quantité. Petit bémol au service au volant vers 21h hier soir. Nous avons attendu une bonne quinzaine de minutes alors qu'il y avait seulement 1 voiture devant nous.

I spoke to the owner & he explained that some people do not like the taste of soft drinks so their procedure is to offer something else & they did they offered water I will add one star.
as for why the taste of their 7Up & Pepsi do not taste like the real one, He mentioned they use what is supplied to them.
But here is probably the best response to remedy the situation for fountain drinks such as 7Up or Pepsi

For the bread he explained I can ask to have it toasted, I will do next time for the burger & the hot dog.
He informed the price per portion has indeed gone up since Covid.
He also asked me to look for him next time I visit. I will do so he was pleasant to talk too

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, surtout avec le coupon que j'ai utilisé. La nourriture est bien meilleure que la plupart des chaînes de burgers, grâce au goût de gril inimitable. C'est mon arrêt incontournable quand je veux un repas rapide & de qualité.
Le burger était parfaitement cuit sur le gril aujourd'hui, bien juteux & chaud. Les frites étaient croustillantes. J'adore pouvoir choisir mes garnitures; tout était très frais!
Service incroyable & très amical! L'employé au bar à garnitures a pris le temps de préparer mon burger exactement comme je le voulais, avec le sourire. C'est ce qui fait la différence!
The food was good (grilled chicken burger), but the salad that they serve was old. Like, it was starting to become brown & mushy. I would suggest that they make sure they serve fresh ingredients. Also, it kinda bothers me that they keep half of the restaurant area closed all the time. Let people sit where they want, you have a nice big space, only to keep half or it closed?
Service improved since last time, friendly & efficient service the place is clean & nice, I just had an issue with the burger I ordered, the bread bun was really dry, almost to the point of beeing crunchy, that is unusual making me believe that it might have stayed in the heater for a while, also onion rings where more oily then the ones I usually get in other Harvey's restaurants but they tasted good, overall it is till a better experience then last time I was here.
