Bistro l'Evidence welcomes you in a warm and intimate French-style Brasserie. Located in the heart of Montreal, on St-Denis Street between le Plateau Mont-Royal and the Latin Quarter, this is the perfect place to start the day with a breakfast of champions or to start the evening with quality flavors. L'Evidence offers a complete menu, a la carte as well as table d'hôte. We prepare traditional and healthy recipes with fresh products, regularly varying our table d'hôte based on market arrivals. Enjoy a fresh, original, contemporary cuisine whose variety will appeal to everyone. Our chefs pay special attention to the preparation of dishes that are on offered each day, to ensure that the culinary artworks mingled with the friendly atmosphere meet your expectations, both in terms of quantity and quality. Staff sympa, soupe délicieuse, mais le reste des plats n'était pas à la hauteur, malheureusement.
Ceci dit, c'est vraiment pas cher!
Mais tout de même une belle soirée.

Le repas fut bien agréable tout comme le service. Par ailleurs, je remarque que le pourboire est calculé lors du paiement sur le prix après les taxes, ce qui n'est pas adéquat. Une pratique à modifier.

It's a bit eclectic, with Latino vibe but mostly French fare. The scrambled eggs with minced lox (salmon) was okay. Husband ordered the yogurt, fruit, & granola, which was good & sizable, but sparse in granola (his take). Latte was yummy, but not hot enough.

Resto très sympathique. Nous y sommes allées pour le brunch. Pleins de choix, délicieux & frais. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel est accueillant. Allez-y, vous ne le regretterai pas.

My daughter & I discovered this great restaurant close to our Airbnb & it was a great find. We had very good service, with fresh & hot food & great coffee. Definitely a beautiful addition to this bustling Montreal neighborhood.

C'est un vrai coup de coeur pour moi ce restaurant !! Très abordable, excellente cuisine (on a pris un tartare de saumon & une bavette en table d'hôte) & excellent service. On a pu profité du rabais de 15% sur présentation d'un billet de spectacle, donc un repas à 30$ par personne (en table d'hôte) taxes & pourboire inclus, c'est rare de nos jours. Je vous le recommande vivement !!!

Un petit resto de déjeuners au cadre chaleureux un peu rétro, calme un lundi matin (normal pour ce début de semaine). Déjeuner oeufs etc. standard dans mon cas avec de bonnes portions & un bon prix compte tenu des prix d'autres restos offrant des déjeuners.
