Bistro l'Evidence welcomes you in a warm and intimate French-style Brasserie. Located in the heart of Montreal, on St-Denis Street between le Plateau Mont-Royal and the Latin Quarter, this is the perfect place to start the day with a breakfast of champions or to start the evening with quality flavors. L'Evidence offers a complete menu, a la carte as well as table d'hôte. We prepare traditional and healthy recipes with fresh products, regularly varying our table d'hôte based on market arrivals. Enjoy a fresh, original, contemporary cuisine whose variety will appeal to everyone. Our chefs pay special attention to the preparation of dishes that are on offered each day, to ensure that the culinary artworks mingled with the friendly atmosphere meet your expectations, both in terms of quantity and quality. The outdoor terrace in the heart of Le Plateau and the segmentation of the interior room make it an ideal location both for brunch or to organize private and professional events. Good, wholesome brunch options with a reasonable price. The side of fruit is really great. Wonderful service, & being able to sit on the terrace outside made for a lovely experience.

Consistently good, service was friendly & efficient. The best Latte I've had in a long time, just the right balance of strength & richness. Eggs benedict were cooked perfectly, yolks oozed out & Hollandaise was perfect. Breakfast Florentine crepe was wafer thin & full of flavour. The best potatoes I've had in Montréal, small cubes roasted with herbs.

Food was good but unfortunately they didn't honour the online coupon with legit codes & expiry dates. The restaurant needs to figure if it's a fraudulent company giving out valid-looking coupons or if it's a legit coupon that staff are not trained to recognize. Either way, it was an unexpected interaction that should be eliminated. For that I took a star off, I would've normally given a 4 star for this restaurant.

Portions généreuses, repas bien préparé & service courtois! La terasse est sympathique. Le seul point negatif est leur espresso: amer & brulé. Sinon, c'est un endroit où je retournerai quand je serai dans le secteur.
