Première fois aux Rois du fumoir sur Laurier Est. Premier essai avec leur saumon fumé & le prosciutto. MERVEILLE. Saumon juste assez fumé, surtout pas trop, & moelleux. Épaisseur des tranches absolument parfaite autant pour le saumon que pour le prosciutto - un délice, le prosciutto. Première fois & tout de suite coup de foudre! On m'a dit qu'ils offriront possiblement du canard fumé avant longtemps... Je salive d'avance... Fidélité assurée de ma part, heureuse qu'ils se soient implantés près de chez moi & j'espère qu'ils y feront fortune.

How could this be anything but five stars? We were shown such incredible service & hospitality, & every sample we tried became the best salmon of my life that far, one after the other. We had the good luck to walk by & smell the incredible smoker, & when we resurfaced, there was a small crowd wondering what incredible new business had moved to the neighborhood. 11/10, we will return for what is sure to be the best sandwich of Laurier village, & I write this still ecstatic from my snack-to-go, the wonderful candied salmon.

Extraordinaire, la porchetta est hors de ce monde. J'ai mangé 30 sandwichs à la porchetta dont un particulier, à Florence, qui était sublime. C'est le premier sandwich que je mange depuis qui me permet d'avoir le même plaisir que lors de ce voyage. Merci !

A bit pricey, but you know what? Quality comes at a cost! & I guess rent in this neighbourhood isn't cheap. Everything is meticulously prepared! Probably the best porchetta I've had in town! Their salmon tartare is amazing! The salsas too! It feels like they are genuinely passionate about their work, & I love that!

We had such a great experience here! The food was amazing & the service was wonderful. We had the roast beef & porchetta sandwiches & honestly, they were the BEST sandwiches we've ever had! The salmon tartare was unreal, & the potato salad was seriously to die for!
The smoked salmon is actually what brought us in, & of course we had to buy some more to take home. Everything was so fresh & delicious.
Such a beautiful spot in a great area too. We'll definitely be back! 😄
