Première fois aux Rois du fumoir sur Laurier Est. Premier essai avec leur saumon fumé & le prosciutto. MERVEILLE. Saumon juste assez fumé, surtout pas trop, & moelleux. Épaisseur des tranches absolument parfaite autant pour le saumon que pour le prosciutto - un délice, le prosciutto. Première fois & tout de suite coup de foudre! On m'a dit qu'ils offriront possiblement du canard fumé avant longtemps... Je salive d'avance... Fidélité assurée de ma part, heureuse qu'ils se soient implantés près de chez moi & j'espère qu'ils y feront fortune.

Overall pretty good. We got to sample a lot of the meats which was super nice & appreciated. We got the porchetta & roast beef sandwiches. The flavors were great & I especially liked the roast beef. The only con was that the porchetta sandwich was pretty oily. They put some sort of oil on the outside of the bread? I'd probably ask to omit that next time, personally. We would go again!
