I went in for a hot chocolate, (love a good hot chocolate!) had to return it. It hardly tasted chocolate mostly milk, it was not good, told the person working & instead of preparing a new one (customer service) she added a chocolate syrup the one you put on top of whipped cream. Tasted it, not good again, went back told her to change it for a coffee, instead, which she did...Same outcome. No napkins, not a good service. Not going back. My personal experience.
