J'aimais leur chocolatine quand j'arrive à en trouver dans mon secteur donc je me suis dit que j'allais voir leur boutique à Bedford.
Malheureusement, même en regardant leurs heures d'ouverture avant de partir pour ce long trajet, ce n'était ouvert qu'une fois sur 3.
Sur place, j'ai été légèrement déçue car les viennoiseries que j'ai achetées étaient sèches, massives & trop cuites.
Je dois dire aussi qu'à mon sens la salubrité des lieux laisse à désirer & je vais encourager un autre marchand à partir de maintenant.

Personnel courtois & service d'exception ! Nous avons commandé un gâteau personnalisé dans un délai très court & mes convives ont été épatés par la qualité & la grande beauté du dessert 4 étages. Le croustillant praliné à l'intérieur est à se rouler par terre !

Je viens de goûter à leur pain fraîchement sorti du four, aux figues/dattes/raisins secs & aux noisettes. Un pur délice ! J'adore ! Je l'ai dégusté avec un morceau de raclette au goût prononcé de chez Fromagerie Kaiser... spectaculaire.
