The French desserts at this cafe are decent, however the service is pretty abysmal & the attitude of the employees unfriendly. The only tables that were not occupied still had the trays lying there from the previous occupants. I had to move the used trays to a counter station where trays were left. Had I not cleared it, it probably would have been sitting there on the table even after we had finished. The station was still filled with the used trays by the time we were finished & there was no space to place ours. The employees there didn't even bother to clear them up even as the trays were piling up. Skip this inefficient, unprofessional cafe.

Instead of telling you there's a rush & that it might take longer for your drink/how long it will take they will take your order & not offer a refund, even if you need to leave after waiting more than 15 minutes for it. Sometimes when I go, I get great service the people are lovely, & kind, but today whoever was on the register she was rude & demeaning.

This place has gone down in service & cleanliness. The food is mediocre. Four of us went there on a Sunday, ordered teas & coffees & some desserts. The place & the employees were so disorganized, the place looked a bit dirty. No plates, no utensils to use, no washroom to wash our hands before eating to prevent viral & bacterial cross contamination. I understand that they need to keep certain people out of their bathrooms, but this is ridiculous & extremely unhygienic. At least a hand washing station should be provided for their customers. Due to major fact that the serving place was dirty & disorganized, I will not recommend this place at all.
