Suite à la recommandation d'une amie, j'ai commandé chez Au Frère Sushi & j'ai été agréablement surprise.

Bien que les prix soient légèrement plus élevés que la moyenne, la qualité est clairement au rendez-vous. Le riz est parfaitement préparé, la texture est excellente & le ratio riz/protéine est très bien équilibré. Les portions de poisson sont généreuses, fraîches & savoureuses. Les accompagnements & petites sauces ajoutent également une belle touche.

La livraison a été rapide, les plats étaient bien emballés & tout est arrivé frais.

Une très belle découverte, je recommande sans hésitation.

Super bon & Dieu sait que je suis difficile ! La sauce au sésame est incroyablement bonne ! Les sushis sont top ! Vraiment bonne découverte !!

Although their pokebowls are a bit more expensive than some other places, I really enjoyed the great variety of toppings & the balance between rice, vegetables & proteins. The quality of the ingredients are pretty fresh too. The only thing that was missing for me was the flexibility in the choices in their menu. Even though they have a lot of proteins to pick from, we couldn't really choose the vegetable toppings or the sauce. I really enjoyed what they have set up, but it'll get boring quickly if we can't switch it up from time to time in my opinion.
