Suite à la recommandation d'une amie, j'ai commandé chez Au Frère Sushi & j'ai été agréablement surprise.

Bien que les prix soient légèrement plus élevés que la moyenne, la qualité est clairement au rendez-vous. Le riz est parfaitement préparé, la texture est excellente & le ratio riz/protéine est très bien équilibré. Les portions de poisson sont généreuses, fraîches & savoureuses. Les accompagnements & petites sauces ajoutent également une belle touche.

La livraison a été rapide, les plats étaient bien emballés & tout est arrivé frais.

Une très belle découverte, je recommande sans hésitation.

Amazing food. The fish, rice, ginger, soy, every single ingredient is just fresh, delicious & perfect. The rolls, the sashimi size, the quantities, very generous & filling. The service, very nice & efficient. I absolutely recommend & will be back!

Première expérience à ce restaurant & ce ne sera pas la dernière! J'ai été très satisfaite de mon expérience.

Nous avons pris plusieurs types de sushis & ils étaient tous très bons. Le ratio riz contenu était parfait. Les protéines sont grosses & fraîches. Le riz était cuit & assaisonné à la perfection. La présentation de notre plateau était très jolie.

Par contre, j'ai commandé 2 nigiri au thon & je ne les ai pas reçus, étant une grande fan de nigiri j'ai été déçue.
Nous avons été contents d'avoir eu de la mayo épicée à notre commande sans avoir fait la demande.

Pour finir, le seul point négatif selon moi, c'est le prix. Mais d'un autre côté, la qualité est présente. Je recommande!

Vraiment un bon resto de sushis! Je recommande fortement si vous voulez manger des sushis de qualité. Comme ils ont beaucoup de commandes, le temps de préparation était un peu long donc ils nous ont donné 12 sushis supplémentaires!
