"Appetizers were so good we thought we'd order a main against previous advice. The steak was cold, raw and unable to cut. Our server was great about everything and had us another one cooked. It came out medium well as we expected that medium rare was no longer in our future. The add on "jus" was just a gravy. We were charged for the steak fries which..."
