Visited Les Enfants Terribles on a Saturday afternoon for a taste of their brunch selection

We enjoyed the flavours of the food but found the execution on timing to be slightly lacking. The croque-madame had a creamy & cheesy filling with savoury mushrooms as a pleasant addition. However, the bread was toasted very dry, & the egg was undercooked where the top layer of white remained transparent & slimy.
Similarily, the avocado toast was well-balanced with its creamy whipped ricotta & its airy & crispy slice of focaccia, however the egg was fully overcooked where the yolk was hard & the white became rubbery.

The pancakes were delicious. They are on the denser side, then softened & moistened from being soaked in crème anglaise & coulis.

Overall, we enjoyed our time at Les Enfants Terribles with its decent flavours. That said, we feel, for a place offering brunch where eggs are typically a focus, the timing on the eggs could be improved.

Nous sommes venus célébrer notre anniversaire de couple aux Enfants Terribles & nous avons passé un excellent moment. L'ambiance était parfaite pour l'occasion, la nourriture était délicieuse & le service était attentionné du début à la fin.

Nous avons eu une petite erreur sur la facture, mais notre serveuse l'a corrigée immédiatement en s'excusant sincèrement. C'est le genre de situation qui peut arriver, & elle l'a gérée avec beaucoup de professionnalisme.

Au final, c'est la seule petite péripétie de notre dîner. Nous repartons très satisfaites de notre expérience & nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci d'avoir contribué à rendre cette journée spéciale!

Après une première visite il y a quelques semaines nous nous sommes rendu dimanche le 12 juillet. Quel déception , café pas bon trop fort le déjeuner oeufs trop cuit, les fèves aux lard pas assez cuite , bacon trempait dans le gras, patates congelées?? Si je compare avec AM déjeuner désolé mais pas de taille. C'est fini pour nous .
