I agree with a prior post. The staff lacks customer service. Showing an appreciation to a client doesn't cost much. This has been going on for a long time but I now feel that I should publicly address this, especially since their prices keep going up. I will review my position about buying elsewhere in the future.
Hands down my favourite place to buy cakes. We've made at least 3 custom cakes with them & they have all been incredibly gorgeous. Service is second to none. Definitely recommend lafrenaie to anyone wanting a amazing tasting cake!
Never disappointed 👌. Ordered cakes couple of times & always fresh & good. Got cannolis today for a birthday party & everone loved it & kept asking where i got them from.
Tomato pizza was fairly priced & good although would have preferred a little bit of the classic slight blackening of the crust (if you know, you know), & a less dense dough (à la St. Leonard/RDP tomato pizza). In-house mild Italian sausages were good though on the pricey side (almost $15 for 4). Tiramisu was fair & reasonably priced. The staff isn't particularly welcoming (with the exception of one pleasant & chatty lady). Whilst I don't expect to make friends when going to shops, a greeting, smile, & thank you goes a long way.
Nice bakery, tried the lemon bread, it's delicious ! However it's a bit small compared to the one in Brossard & you have to come early if you want to get viennoiseries!
Ordered my wedding cake from them & it turned out incredible. Exactly what we wanted an offset white vintage heart shaped cake. The icing job was incredible & the cake was delicious. We also ordered red velvet cupcakes & all our guests were raving about them. Couldn't recommend them more highly!!
Feeling a little disappointed by your customer service. I came in for some advice for a specialty cake & felt like I was disturbing them, they did not give me any advice or try & communicate what exactly suited my need & budget.
