Cakes are good. But they are all frozen, even the ones on display. Three employees were present but we had to wait several minutes as they were goofing around in the back store instead of serving customers.
This is by far one of the best places I've ever tried for cakes. Such a large selection to choose from, which is amazing. The cakes are so fresh & rich & delicious with so much flavour. I highly recommend this place for any type of event. You will not regret it.
The BEST tiramisu & cannoli I have ever had (& yes we are Italians). When I approached Les Delices Lafrenaie with my inspo photos to create a large traditional Tiramisu for my wedding cake, they were more than happy to accommodate! They delivered the cake & cannoli to my venue (45mins away from the bakery) without issue & it was exactly what we envisioned. Every single guest had good things to say about the taste & were blown away by the presentation. Highly recommend Les Delices Lafrenaie!

I love this bakeshop!!!! I have often been customers in Montreal. Yesterday I went to know this branch my baby wants to pick up his birthday cake, & the experience was a bit uncomfortable when the owner or manager 😕 get mad with the employees & starting to scream them due the store was crowded & then were doing another duties & nobody was attending the customers in line. Also, talk to me about what I was doing stand by. I was waiting for my partner to make the payment. With this situation I hurry up to leave the store... I wanted still looking another products for my baby's birthday, but I would rather leave.
Amazing cakes here, but the manager or owner should be more careful with the employees & customers.

Kind friendly service. Everything was as expected. Reserved my cake for my son's birthday on the phone & was ready exactly as I asked. Lafrenaie quality never disappoints! The limoncello was really good. Our guests kept asking where we got the cake! 😊😊 Keep up the great work, Lafrenaie!
Great food & amazing pizzas. This place has vibes as if you were in New Jersey or elsewhere in Italy. The food is amazing especially the arancini's, the fresh bread, cold cuts, desserts & most importantly the amazing cakes.
