Review Summary

Lefalafel is widely celebrated for serving some of the most authentic and flavorful falafel in the city, consistently praised for its fresh, high-quality ingredients and generous portions. Patrons frequently highlight the delicious, crispy-on-the-outside and soft-on-the-inside falafel, as well as the hearty schnitzel and perfectly seasoned plates that capture a true taste of Mediterranean cuisine. The new location on Van Horne offers a more spacious environment with improved seating, and the addition of self-service kiosks aims to streamline the dining experience. While the transition to a new venue has come with minor operational adjustments, the friendly service and commitment to providing a welcoming atmosphere make this an excellent choice for those seeking a satisfying and reliable meal.

I loved the old location on Decarie even with very little seating. I will update my review when they are at the new location on Van Horne a little longer. Their fries & falafel on Decarie were beyond amazing, they need to work out the kinks in the new place. Wishing you all the best in your new premises!

Note: they're at 4677 van horne now. There's some seating now. They're still figuring out how to organize the counter area (I'm writing in April 2026), so I don't recommend going at rush hour if you're in a rush.

But the food is delicious! Really big falafel pita sandwiches, & the fries are tasty.

Whenever my dad visits from Vancouver he wants to go. :)

It's street parking but there were lots of open spots.
