I usually have a good experience whenever we go but this Saturday the waitress seemed like she did not want to take our orders at all. Besides giving us poor service & throwing the plates at the table, I ordered a second drink but never got it, my friends had to ask for them as she forgot, I tried calling her but she avoided our table purposefully for a long time & it took a long time for her to show up whenever we needed her. In the end, after paying I wish I had my change back, she did not deserve any tips for her poor job!

Serveuse très ordinaire qui amène pas la quantité de set d'ustensiles versus le nombre de gens qu'ont était. Incapable d'avoir la trempette d'épinard en premier on a attendu 30 min avant d'avoir., des pâtes trop cuite sans pesto ou presque pas dedans. La trempette froide avec du pain pas cuit. Sérieusement l'entrepôt sur mont-royal est largement mieux qu'ici. On dirais un enfant de 10 ans qui a cuisiné.

Très belle expérience ce soir pour souper! Mon amie & moi avons été sur la terrasse du haut & avons été très bien servie par notre serveuse dont le nom m'échappe (elle avait les cheveux blond & une veste bleue). Elle était très gentille & venait souvent nous voir pour nous demander si tout allait!

The food is good for the price, not overpriced at all. 12$ for a burger & fries. The burger was yummy. I also really enjoy their mocktails, they make them with their own in-house ingredients!
Went to Montreal for the week. For some context I didn't speak French, & was having trouble from time to time in terms of navigating the city. I went to Warehouse on Tuesday; the staff was so kind & welcoming. The host/server at the front, Tim, was unbelievably accommodating. He was giving me recommendations on areas to check out in Montreal, & really went the extra mile to take care of my girlfriend & I. We will definitely be coming back to Warehouse for the drinks, vibe & great staff.
I usually love my experience at Warehouse.. this was not the same. I asked for water twice & never got any, also asked for vinegar & ketchup never received either then was charged for the vinegar… when it came time to pay it took two tries for the waiter to get the bills right. The terrace was busy, but inside was very quiet. Not to mention the service was very unfriendly. It was the least welcoming experience I've had. I don't have high expectations for service but if I don't get a smile, enough said. I have had good experiences but I'm disappointed.
