Went to Montreal for the week. For some context I didn't speak French, & was having trouble from time to time in terms of navigating the city. I went to Warehouse on Tuesday; the staff was so kind & welcoming. The host/server at the front, Tim, was unbelievably accommodating. He was giving me recommendations on areas to check out in Montreal, & really went the extra mile to take care of my girlfriend & I. We will definitely be coming back to Warehouse for the drinks, vibe & great staff.

I usually love my experience at Warehouse.. this was not the same. I asked for water twice & never got any, also asked for vinegar & ketchup never received either then was charged for the vinegar… when it came time to pay it took two tries for the waiter to get the bills right. The terrace was busy, but inside was very quiet. Not to mention the service was very unfriendly. It was the least welcoming experience I've had. I don't have high expectations for service but if I don't get a smile, enough said. I have had good experiences but I'm disappointed.

The food can range from very, very good to really, really bad; there's no in-between. I used to be a regular, but my last few experiences were really unpleasant.

La serveuse m'a chargé 1,50 $ pour avoir de la mayo ordinaire avec mes frites… lol, une chance que je n'ai pas demandé de glace dans mon verre d'eau ahahah

Always a must every time I visit Montreal but this time was even more. Cass was amazing, friendly, attentive, best server we've ever had at the Montreal branch! Baja tacos still great & get the patio seating overlooking crescent in the summer of you can!

The food was good, although the Construction 2.0 burger was rather small. The service was good except when it came time to pay. Instead of just giving me my change the waitress asked me how much I wanted back. I paid her which included a tip (18%), she didn't have all of my change & said she'd be back. She never came back. I know times are tuff but you shouldn't twist people's arms for tips.

The food & drinks were delicious. However, the waitresses are careless & ignorant. They don't take their job serious, at all. Instead of checking out on the customers, they always gather on top of the stairs & talk with each other. I tried multiple times to make an eye contact with them to ask them to bring the receipt & they tend to ignore the eye contact & keep talking with each other. The name of the waitress for our table was Emmy (or Amy). She was not listening to what we were ordering. I told her about my allergies & asked her to not put the mayonaise sauce inside my burger & she still added the sauce inside. She then went inside the bar & kept us waiting for 1 hour (YES 1 HOUR!) before bringing the receipt. Finally, I walked away from my table to look for her to tell her to bring our receipt. The way she & other waitresses was unprofessional, & I won't come back to this place until they have professional staff for service.

we visited yesterday while in town from San Diego, & honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mailys made us feel welcome her energy, her vibe, & she even took the time to get to know us. The warehouse is such a cool spot! & the food? Surprisingly good & not expensive at all. Totally worth the stop if you're in Montréal & we're definitely coming back!

Food was affordable, tasted good but the customer service from the 2 young ladies was Fantastic. Very friendly & took their time to have a chat with everyone even the kids!

The Warehouse is a restaurant specializing in cheap pub food. The options are good.i enjoyed the Virgin mojito. The spicy chicken burger was good but a bit dry & the bun was burnt. The street tacos with beans were slso good but dry. The service was good. The patio is nice with a good view. The prices are super reasonable.

This is the place. The food is spectacular, vibes are immaculate & overall my favorite place in MTL. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap & it was toasted to perfection, filling up my little tummy for the rest of the day. The drinks were packed with flavor & most importantly the employees contributed to a vibrant atmosphere. One day, I went here for every meal. That was the best day ever. I hope one day I can come back to MTL & move to The Warehouse forever.

on est passé samedi fêter la fête de mon ami. On a été servi par maylis, serveuse au top !! tres agréable, drôle & tres gentille 5 étoiles pour le service. La nourriture est correct, l'alcool est cheap donc cool pour boire entre amis. Je recommande!!

UPDATE : I heard back from the Manager Mac who was such a pleasure to speak to. He credited me my meal as compensation for the order issue through the delivery app whkch I am very appreciative for because this is a great affordable restaurant, which isn't always easy to come by these days! Great resto + Great customer service = a great combination. Thank you again + looking forward to my next order! 🙏🙂!

I just ordered through Uber eats & had an awful experience. I've never previously had an issue with ordering from you guys but this time was bad. I ordered 2 for 1 mac & cheese & got delivered 2 half empty containers with RIGATONI & no garlic toast. Your portions & quality are usually spot on so I was very disappoinred. & Uber eats is stating they refuse to compensate because preparation isn't'thier concern'. I feel like I 100% got ripped off. Tried contacting the location by phone right away & this morning but there was no answer.
Can someone please contact me by phone or email I have left a voicemail & instagram message as well.
