"I've been going to Le Trou for half a year now. I always get the Egg & Cheese deluxe with extra cream cheese and it's the perfect morning sandwich!! Compared to other bagel places, this is certainly my fav in Montreal. The texture is perfect, it's not too tough or too soft. And the taste is balanced, not too sweet or bland.
