About

Le Taj showcases the complex flavor profiles of northern Indian cuisine through traditional preparation techniques and an extensive use of aromatic spices. Signature offerings focus on authentic tandoori preparations where marinated meats and vegetables are roasted in clay ovens to achieve a distinct charred texture. The menu emphasizes rich curries, buttery naan breads baked fresh to order, and fragrant basmati rice dishes that highlight regional culinary traditions. Diners encounter a selection of lentils, chickpeas, and paneer-based entrées that demonstrate a consistent commitment to authentic seasoning and spice blending. These preparations prioritize balanced heat and deep savory notes without relying on modern fusion trends. The atmosphere centers on the presentation of these classic recipes within a structured environment designed to facilitate a focused exploration of established Indian culinary heritage.

Review Summary

Le Taj is widely regarded as a standout destination for Indian cuisine, frequently praised for its flavorful butter chicken, generous portions, and exceptional naan bread. While many diners enjoy the quick service and fresh ingredients, experiences can vary; some visitors appreciate the friendly staff and welcoming environment, while others report inconsistent service from the counter staff or find the pricing high for a food court setting. Despite occasional critiques regarding dish sweetness or cleanliness, the consensus highlights a reliable and tasty option for those seeking high-quality, convenient Indian meals in a mall setting.

I rarely rate restaurant negatively, but Le Taj was a nightmare. Paid +20$ for a butter chicken plate only for it to come with 4 pieces of chicken. Do you have no shame??

On top of that, my friend orderes a lamb dish, the dish was FULL of oil, to the brim. What a mess. Overpriced for sub-par food quality.

The butter chicken & Naan were delicious. The serving was quick. I wished there was an option to not take the rice so that I didn't have to waste food. Nonetheless, great food.

Very nice indian place. excellent food. the portions are big. I had the butter chicken with naan. Delicious & resto grade, not food court. super friendly & helpful staff. repeat for sure. While i was there the Chef was preparing their sambossa from scratch. Everything seems to be made there.

A bit on the pricey side, the meal came out to 28$, but i think it's also the mall prices.
