We went this weekend to the restaurant. Got chaat papri was 3/5. Was not upto the mark. Got daal makhni, raita, tandoori roti & naan. Daal makhni was good. Naan was not heated properly. I had booked a table for two. The first place to which I was taken was beside a jolly party of eight already having a happy time. I asked for a second place. Alas it too was too noisy & right by the kitchen door.
Third time lucky! As two older customers we were able to hear each other & enjoy a delightful evening.
Compliments to the two ladies who patiently found me a quiet spot. & the service & food were both impeccable.
Also the reservation system worked very well.
Bravo all round!

Food was great. Only the one little thing was we order mango jus but got orange just instead. Atmosphere was pretty nice. Was a little sad cause they didn't make no more the roses sorbet that was a piece of heaven! The tea is amazing there.View more

via LibroWe had made a booking error but they managed to find us a table which was greatly appreciated. Food is always amazing & our waiter Fayzul was the added touch to make our evening a most pleasant one! Definitely recommend this gem of a restaurant downtown.
