very cool vibes, yummy food, & great wine. we stayed for a show in the back & had a lot of fun! i recommend coming in for snacks & a bottle

Systeme is such an amazing spot on the st Hubert Plaza. The vibe is inviting & the aesthetic is on point. We were a large group & the staff was immediately friendly & attentive. We started off the night with amazing drinks. The Dirty Martini & the virgin Moscow mule were the crowd pleasers. They also have fantastic wines & our waiter Simon was extremely helpful with recommendations. The Pan Con Tomates (sardines on toast) & the Bikini mushroom sandwich were phenomenal! The bread they use is delicious. Don't sleep on the croquettas; crispy bites of chicken, kimchi & manchego that were mouth watering. The quail was cooked perfectly & comes in as a close second to that amazing garlicky sardine toast, which I could have eaten all night ( literally still thinking about it the next day). We all loved the experience & can't wait to go back! Shout out to the new chef at Systeme Mark Villanueva (formerly chef at Denise) who's cooking up very special, neo-barcelona style dishes with fresh ingredients & love. Highly recommend!
