Excellent subs good pizza , the service is to be desired, but i guess 🤔 it's not a five star restaurant 😉 it goes with the territory, it's a pretty good deli

Dans mon cartier depuis 40 ans, très calme & bonne endroit ☺?
Je conseille pour la famille toujours.
Pizza & subs très délicieux.

Deuxième expérience:
Aujourd'hui je suis allé avec ma famille. Nous avons mangé salade grecque poulet grillé, poulet parmesan , poutine & Sub. Toutes les repas sont délicieux. Merci ☺?

Très bonnne bouffe, mais à chaque fois que j'ai commandé, il y avait une erreur dans ma commande. Sur ma dernière livraison, je n'ai pas reçu la facture imprimée non plus, j'ai de serieux doutes.

J'ai beaucoup aimé la pizza du Surfin, elle était bien garnie & très savoureuse. Le livreur était aussi très gentil & souriant, la commande est arrivée à l'heure. Je recommanderai sûrement encore chez eux, merci pour l'excellent service!

Jan 12th 2026 WRONG ORDERS + food allergies/intolerances.
2 Medium pizzas
- one missing topings
- other one wrong toppings
- Adam (Taking orders, manager etc) 0/5 respect.

Customer service was only good from the driver, who actually took the time to LISTEN to our grievances.

Manager (Adam) He answered'' Qu'est ce que tu veux que je fasse?'' Instead of trying to fix the situation or offer an alternative (which we would have gladly taken, not even), abrasive, dismissive un-professional

ANSWER: Regretably what you are writing is INCORRECT & FALSE. This is a question of PRINCIPLE & RESPECT; here is our views on your''comment'', because nothing justifies speaking to your customers as you did sir (Adam).

We told the delivery driver when he came back we couldnt keep most of the employees from eating. Because of the restriction of time at the office for the meeting we had decided to order out. BUT SOME EMPLOYEES DID NOT EAT.(allergies/intolerances)

VERY DESATISFIED STILL especially with the wrong comments given by you on this plateform.

The 3 free drinks you mentioned; You (Adam) never asked or told us about & sent us whatever YOU chose to send, which was diete 7up & rootbeer that no one in the office drinks. Again showing that you DID NOT TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN or just did not care because you were rushing to just hang up & sent whatever.

We suggest;

- You take the time with every customer over the phone, we understand you are busy, but this is the minimum that should be done when you interact with the public that is your clientele. Especially when taking orders over the phone.

- Confirm the orders to fully understand the instructions given. (even though we asked 3 times if the order was understood, but you dismissed quickly'' Oui Oui j'ai compris, autre chose? Autre chose?'') Very dismissive attitude.

- Also provide the whole information of the order; meaning if they are drinks included *which was never mentioned*, to ask what the customer would like or prefer as soft drinks & not just randomly pick what you want to send, because customers again do not drink those.

- Or take accountability with an attitute befiting the situation (Not be aggressive over the fault you have commited) that YOU CREATED, from lack of attention.

- We understand you are busy, as is other restaurants, that is the field you chose, but the diffenrence between good service & bad is you (Adam) the first point of contact.

- Or ask & try to figure out an alternative, for example:
Would the other people who couldnt eat, like to have another pizza done? -Sandwich, etc, just to name a few options. Which we would have gladly paid for, but the subpar attitude, angry disrespectful tone & excuses were not warranted. Completely unnecessary.

We appreciate you sending the driver to recuperate the wrong orders, & cancelling the orders, but as metionned we couldnt hold off on the office meeting, & so we paid for them even though the others did not eat.

Again these are suggestions & constructive criticism made from what we have experienced with your business.

This review was left because of the lack of respect & empathy you expressed towards the situation & we hope you learn from this experience & grow from it instead of taking it to heart personally because business is business, & the business you chose has you dealing with the public. Maybe you were having a bad day, but speaking & treating people as you did has no justification.

Rest assured; We stand by what we said; DO NOT RECOMMEND. Especially with the condescending attitude, hopefuly this assists you in improving.

As you say, you should take the time to''relax'' the attitude in which you deal with customers; it would benefit you greatly in moving forward.

J'ai commander 2 sous-marins steak pepperoni & l'autre steak champignons tres bon & service rapide je recommande ce restaurant le Surfin jai commander souvent jai jamais été déçu

J'adore ce restaurant le service est très agréable & la nourriture est excellente surtout le sous-marin & la pizza que j'ai essayé :)))
Je le recommande fortement & ils ont une belle terrasse en été on est très bien accueilli :))))
2025 -07-30 je suis retourné pour anniversaire de mon amie wow un excellent souper sur la terrasse moi sous-marin viande fumée & mon amie steak & pepperoni miammm & un bon dessert tarte sucré & pacanes wow

Je suis vraiment comptant de mon expérience ! Le service a été impeccable & surtout rapide pour l'heure du diner, l'accueil chaleureux comme toujours & une belle l'atmosphère . Chaque détail a été pensé pour offrir une belle expérience. Je recommande beaucoup cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent à passer un beau moment & surtout agréable. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour leur rapidité quand nous avons une heure pour diner cela est vraiment apprécier... Surtout sans oublier leurs plats sont vraiment délicieux.... Merci encore...
