Had an amazing evening here. Food was delicious. There was a great mix of textures & flavors. Easy food to share among friends or as a couple. The service was good & the atmosphere, while small was also very welcoming & pleasant. All around great place to eat for all palates.
Le dosa était à moitié vide!! Le super qualité n'est pas si super depuis quelques années...Sérieusement, vous vendez un plat à base de patates à 18$, mettez des quantités raisonnable! Ça fait pitié..

Nous avons pris pour emporter un masala dosa & un biryani au poulet, & les deux étaient très décevants! Il n'y avait presque pas de garniture dans le dosa, c'était une petite crêpe à moitié vide & le biryani avait 3 petits pilons de poulets. Ça fait cher pour du riz & très peu de viande. Si j'avais mangé sur place, j'aurais retourné les deux plats. La qualité a beaucoup changé depuis notre dernière visite. C'est terminé pour nous. Allez plutôt vers parc extension chez Bombay Mahal ou Indian Curry house, vous aurez de vrais portions.
Super qualité ? Presque, oui. Mais rapport quantité-prix, pas fort. 92$ pour 2 thali & qq entrées, le tout sur des tables en plywood peinte & de niveau différent, chaises rouillées, o? il faut retenir son souffle pour passer entre les tables & l'entrée, non merci.
Il y a de bien meilleurs endroits.
Non, on n'y retourne pas.
Dangereusement addictif. Je dois me restreindre car c'est très tentant d'y retourner pour n'importe quelle occasion, quitte à s'inventer une raison juste pour y aller!
Je recommande fortement la masala dosa avec fromage, mais tous les autres plats (& les à-côtés) sont savoureux. Le choix de boisson est bien diversifié. Le poulet 65 & le pickle de lime font partie de mes favoris.

Had a wonderful experience here! We ordered the pav bhaji & masala dosa, & both were absolutely delicious. The pav bhaji was rich, flavorful, & perfectly spiced, with soft buttery pav that complemented it so well. The masala dosa was crisp, fresh, & generously filled with a tasty potato masala.
Everything tasted authentic & freshly made. The service was great, & the overall atmosphere was warm & welcoming. Definitely a place worth visiting again. Highly recommend!
We've had this on our must-visit list since day one, & now that we've finally made it there, we can confidently say: the wait was absolutely worth it. From the first bite to the last sip, everything hit just right. We went for the Karnataka Thali, which arrived like a beautiful, generous feast-far too much food for two people, yet somehow not enough to stop us from also ordering the chili paneer (zero regrets). Every dish was vibrant & deeply comforting in a'why don't we eat like this every day?' way.
The drinks were excellent & paired well with both the food & the overall vibe of the place-lively, welcoming, & just the right amount of alcohol. By the end of the evening, we were full, happy, & already planning our return. A truly great night out, & one we'd happily repeat very soon.

Finally, an Indian restaurant in MTL I absolutely adore. Pretty much everything on the menu is 📸 on our table here. It was all SOOOOO GOOOD. Patio or inside are both wonderful options.
I've visited this restaurant many times before, but the prices have gone up quite a bit. Because of the sudden increase, I don't think I'll be visiting again soon just for Vada pav it's just small bread & potatoes 🥔 for that 9 $ plus tax total come 10.11 $ for just Vada pav way expensive
